FITNESS Cardio and Strength Level 2 This intermediate/advanced strength training class focuses on a low impact cardio warm-up. This class performs functional exercises that include balance, flexibility and cardiovascular movements. Exercises are performed sitting and standing. A variety of equipment is used throughout the classes which may include bands, stability balls and weights of your choice. Join us to keep your body fit!
