LANDSCAPE
& MAINTENANCE
The DC Ranch Landscape and Maintenance Department is responsible for
maintaining the common areas and completing reserve projects throughout
the neighborhoods and community. This year, DC Ranch was awarded
Firewise Certification through National Firewise Protection Association/
Firewise USA. Firewise clearing of over 38,000 linear feet of ladder fuels
was performed in Country Club, Windgate, Terrace Homes West, Terrace
Homes East, Park & Manor, The Estates and Montelena neighborhoods.
In 2023, a new work order system was launched to streamline requests
and enable the team to address issues in a more timely and efficient way.
The most common work orders are irrigation leaks, lighting and electrical
problems and fence or wall issues. When residents report issues through
several categories on the Let Us Know form on DCRanch.com, the request
automatically generates a work order in the new system.
