SILVERLEAF - THE PARKS COMMUNITY STANDARDS & MODIFICATIONS Community Standards are the measures for keeping the community beautiful and enable residents to enjoy the splendor of their home and neighboring properties. Enforcement of the guidelines is vital to success and voluntary compliance is an integral component. The Standards for Conduct, Home and Landscape were reviewed, updated and approved by the Boards of Directors. The approved standards were submitted to the Maricopa County Recorder in September 2023. Additionally, the Approved Plant List for each neighborhood was revised to include the addition of new plants. REAL ESTATE HOME SALES AND PROPERTY VALUES REMAINED STEADY IN 2023. WHILE ONLY FOUR CUSTOM HOMES WERE COMPLETED, MANY OTHER AREAS WITHIN DC RANCH SAW ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION AND COMMERCIAL GROWTH. Legacy at DC Ranch, a nine-lot subdivision by Camelot Homes, broke ground on their first model home. Adjacent to The Villas at Desert Park Village on its eastern border, pre-sales resulted in four homes being sold. Access to the property will be from Union Hills. On the northeast corner of Legacy Blvd. and just east of Pima Rd., construction began on two commercial buildings that are part of DC Ranch Crossing. Ingress and egress will be provided by an extension of the traffic light on Legacy Blvd. and 91st St., allowing traffic to go north into the development. Sales for the ICON at Silverleaf condominium project continued to be strong. More than 23 condos sold in 2023 and 29 more were in escrow. Of the eight total buildings, four are complete and four are under construction. The DC Ranch Corporate Center had seven buildings completed or approved for construction. Completion of the Center is anticipated within the coming year or shortly thereafter.
