SSI LEVEL 1 FREEDIVING COURSE (FREEDIVER):<br />
• This entry-level course is designed for beginners with<br />
little to no prior freediving experience.<br />
• Participants learn fundamental freediving techniques,<br />
including breath-hold exercises, relaxation techniques,<br />
and proper finning and equalisation methods.<br />
• The course typically covers topics such as safety<br />
protocols, basic physiology, and equipment selection<br />
and maintenance.<br />
• Upon successful completion of the course, participants<br />
receive an SSI Level 1 Freediving certification, qualifying<br />
them to freedive safely in controlled environments<br />
under the supervision of a certified dive professional.<br />
SSI LEVEL 2 FREEDIVING COURSE (ADVANCED FREEDIVING):<br />
• Building upon the skills acquired in the Level 1 course, the<br />
Level 2 Freediving course is designed for intermediate<br />
freedivers looking to enhance their abilities and depth.<br />
• Participants delve deeper into advanced equalisation<br />
techniques, static and dynamic apnea training, and<br />
depth adaptation exercises.<br />
• The course includes practical sessions to refine finning<br />
techniques, improve breath-hold capacity, and increase<br />
depth performance.<br />
• Safety procedures and risk management strategies are<br />
emphasised, with a focus on developing self-awareness<br />
and mindfulness while diving.<br />
• Upon completion, participants receive an SSI Level<br />
2 Freediving certification, allowing them to freedive<br />
independently in open water environments and<br />
participate in supervised freediving activities.<br />
SSI LEVEL 3 FREEDIVING COURSE (MASTER FREEDIVER):<br />
• The Level 3 Freediving course is designed for<br />
experienced freedivers seeking to master advanced<br />
techniques and achieve greater depths and breath-hold<br />
durations.<br />
• Participants undergo intensive training in deep<br />
equalisation methods, advanced breath-hold exercises,<br />
and mental conditioning techniques for optimal<br />
performance.<br />
• The course focuses on refining diving efficiency,<br />
improving technique under pressure, and developing<br />
strategies for deep diving safety and recovery.<br />
• Practical sessions include depth training dives, variable<br />
weight diving, and specialised rescue scenarios<br />
to enhance participants’ proficiency in real-world<br />
freediving situations.<br />
• Successful completion of the Level 3 Freediving<br />
course results in an SSI Level 3 Freediving certification,<br />
recognising participants as proficient freedivers<br />
capable of diving safely and confidently in challenging<br />
conditions.<br />
