A Welcoming Place For Fitness<br />
Walk into Bodyfix, and you are greeted with<br />
a friendly smile from the Team. Bodyfix is a<br />
world class facility situated on 29 Leeds Street,<br />
Philipstown.<br />
“Bodyfix – Your daily training<br />
fix” opened in May 2011. It is a<br />
privately owned club that has a<br />
really great atmosphere, it is a<br />
clean and fresh facility, and ask<br />
any of the members there and<br />
they will guarantee 100% it is<br />
top notch.<br />
We wanted to give outstanding<br />
customer service, be a place<br />
where we know everybody’s<br />
name and where the classes<br />
are of a high standard, says<br />

most of our Team having worked in the<br />
fitness industry for over 30 years in a bigger<br />
club many years ago – we wanted to have<br />
a club that just got back to the basics –<br />
providing a fun, motivating , welcoming &<br />
most of all comfortable environment for<br />
people to exercise in.<br />
Along with the fully equipped gym there<br />
is over 50 Group Fitness Classes to choose<br />
from starting from 5.15am in the morning<br />
going well into the evening.<br />
Our Personal Trainers we have on board will<br />
sit down with members to talk about how<br />
we can help incorporate fitness into their<br />
already busy lives. Our Personal Trainers<br />
are some of the most experienced around & they<br />
know a key aspect is to make sure that each<br />
clients programs are specific to the individual<br />
with having a real fun element for each session –<br />
but most of all encouraging exercise<br />
as part of their daily life.<br />
A lot of members have made some<br />
amazing friendships here at Bodyfix<br />
and that’s what it’s all about. <strong>The</strong>y<br />
train together & many socialize<br />
together and this is the environment<br />
we have worked hard to create – a<br />
very down to earth, social, relaxed<br />
family atmosphere. It is a place where<br />
this is a lot of fun, laughter, banter,<br />
tears, loads of hugs<br />
but most of all it is<br />
a place that really<br />
encompasses<br />
everyone.<br />

happy to have<br />
friends/family or<br />
just anyone come<br />
down and try a<br />
class or have a<br />
workout for free if<br />
they are looking at<br />
getting started at<br />

For us it is about<br />
removing the<br />
barriers that often<br />
stop people from starting at a gym and ensuring<br />
our Club is a welcoming place and most of all<br />
people know they are not just a number here, that<br />
they will be well looked after by our Team once<br />
they have embarked on their fitness journey.<br />
