This booklet was created with the
intention of highlighting the power of
our meditations to you.
Our meditations have been created
by a Shaman Alchemist (Jovi
Hoonjan) and an Energy Psychologist
(Martin Lewis).
We have used Kinesiology techniques
to ascertain the power of each one.

Introduction
I’m so happy you are reading this
right now. You have been drawn to
this little book of meditation for a
good reason.
When you read further into the book,
you will notice that each meditation
has a Level of Consciousness next to
it, i.e. 722 LoC.
Let me explain what that’s about...
Dr David R Hawkins MD PhD
(psychiatrist, physician, researcher,
spiritual teacher and lecturer) carried
out some research on quantifying
consciousness, and from his findings
he was able to put together a scale
using Applied Kinesiology techniques.
He called this scale, Levels of
Consciousness or Scale of
Consciousness.
​Dr Hawkins' research was utilised by
Dr R K Ebert PhD (Clinical and
Neuropsychologist) who recognised
the healing power of this scale and
used them to work on physical
illnesses, pain disorders, emotional
problems and spiritual development.

It really works!
This scale is a condensed set of numerical data recorded from our
behavioural responses to how we feel about life and Divine, our
attitudes, beliefs and continued formulation of thoughts. These thought
patterns are energy fields which affect us and others - physically and
non-physically.
​The result of this energy-interaction creates the reason why you think
and behave the way you do.
Yes... it may sound like as if we might be stuck in certain thought
patterns, but only if you can't see a way out... continue reading - there
is always a way out!

Be enlightened!
All of our meditations sit on the Level of Consciousness scale at
700+ which equates to Enlightenment. We made sure that all of our
meditations were tested by an expert in Professional Kinesiology
Practices and Functional Biochemistry.
How did we manage to get so high on the scale?
Throughout the whole process of creating these Enlightenment
frequency meditations, we infused strong intentions from the very
beginning, ensured the shamanic drumming was at the right
‘healing’ frequency, and channelled guidance from ascended
masters and angelic realm.
We definitely were not alone with our creations.

Where did we get the info?
The findings in this publication are based on a book Power Vs Force
by Dr David Hawkins. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to take any
quotes directly from the book as it has a copyright on them.
Dr Hawkin's mentioned from his research that a very high
percentage of the world's population is running at a low conscious
level.
Some good news... any one person calibrating over 600 levels of
consciousness is able to negate approx 10 million people calibrating
under 200!
The more you are able to increase your vibrations - genuinely, the
better for you and the better impact you have on the whole of
humanity.

How can I rise up on the Scale
of Consciousness?
One way of doing it, is to listen to our meditations, over and over
again! We've made these with the intention of making the world a
better place and because we've felt and know the positive impact
the power of energy and intention has on healing ourselves and all
those around us.
Other ways are by aiming to change the way you think, become
more aware of what kind of thoughts you have and then decide to
move away from thinking in a gloomy, pessimistic, unattractive,
cynical way to a more constructive, optimistic, worthwhile, helpful,
attractive and loving way.
Perhaps next time you are with someone who is very unenthusiastic
or acting like a defeatist, you can inject a bit of fun and light humour,
in a loving way. Remember, speaking out (from your heart) is better
than holding it in and it eventually causing you harm.
Prayers elevate your energy.
Hang around enlightened individuals, if you know of any! Someone
who is holding loving thoughts and wishes good on others, someone
who sees the best side of things.
Raising your vibrations has an excellent effect on you and the world
around you. Imagine a ripple effect in a pond, you may not always
see the waves, but their energy carries further than you can see and
deeper than you can see.

Scale of Consciousness
The higher levels on the scale include:
700 - 1000 = Enlightenment (highest level of human consciousness),
600 - 700 = Peace (complete surrender to Divine, transcended
others, illumination), 500 - 540 = Love (living by intuition, heart takes
over the mind).
The lower levels of the scale include: 150 - 175 = Anger (frustration),
100 - 125 = Fear (controlled, paranoia, defensive), 50 - 75 = Apathy
(hopelessness and despair), below 30 = Shame (primary emotion
you feel here is of humiliation).

Space Drifting

Space Drifting meditation works on cell regeneration, helping you
to re-unite your whole self. It brings back everything you need to
help you to re-align your energies. Aiding in keeping illness at bay.
This meditation works on providing inner peace and building your
self-worth - you are important!

Atlantean Messages
Universal wisdom from Atlantis

Atlantean Messages meditation reconnects you to universal
wisdom via channelled communication from ancient Atlantis.
There is a strong connection to the throat chakra and aligns to
those who have a lack of discernment and maybe struggling with
depression.
Archangel Jeremiel wanted to be included with the Atlantean

Language of the Ancients
12th Dimensional connection

Language of the Ancients enables a 12th dimensional pure
consciousness connection to your supra causal truth.
'Supra causal truth' is the 'absolute natural true self'. So by
listening to this meditation, you have the opportunity to connect

The Sleep Planetarium
A restorative night's sleep

This is a personal favourite, the music composed by Martin Lewis
(Energy Psychology) is absolutely 'out of this world' - hence the
name 'The Sleep Planetarium'.
This meditation enables unification of your Higher Self with the
human personality. In other words, it helps you to connect to
Universal Love and prevents interference by 'dark energy'. It also
works on relaxing the 'hypothalamic fight or flight emotions'

A bit of biology background...
The hypothalamus is the headquarters which communicates with
the rest of the body through the autonomic nervous system,

etc. You have the sympathetic nervous system and the
parasympathetic nervous system within the autonomic nervous
system. The sympathetic nervous system triggers the fight or
flight response and the parasympathetic nervous system is the
opposite, promoting 'rest and digest' calming the body down
when the danger is over.
It is so important to have a restorative sleep at night - to reduce
the 'emergency state' you are in, bring you back in to balance and
allow you to be your best.

Resolve and Awaken
Resolve long-term issues

A very powerful meditation to help you to clear extremely deep
unresolved traumas. It's particularly good for those who don't like
to deal with problems.
This meditation is for those who feel overwhelmed by holding
onto long term past issues, don't know how to let go. It's about
unprocessed emotions. In serious cases, the imbalance caused
may become very complicated conditions affecting mental,
emotional, neurological and allergic issues.
This kind of issue affects the Pineal gland and the Belt meridian
(Dai Mai). A meridian is an energy channel or Qi (Chi). Meridians
flow vertically around the surface of body and connect to your
internal organs. The Dai Mai is an exception, it's the only one that
flows horizontally, it wraps around the waist. This meridian relates
to long term unresolved issues. Violations on your life and not
having any resolution. It's so long term that it becomes
embedded deeply within your thought structure and personality
make up. The Dai Mai cuts off the second chakra (Sacral Chakra)
and therefore disconnects you from having natural spontaneity,
trust and faith. In this instance, you may feel self-hatred, selfcondemnation.
These are serious issues that you don't want to keep holding on

responsibility you feel to help others live their lives.
When you worry about others, your energy is driven away from
you and given to others.
Sometimes we find ourselves drained by the expectations or ties
with others and we need to turn that care and love back onto
ourselves for our own wellbeing; to be the best we can be. The
expectations and obligations our family or friends have can
sometimes keep us from our freedom.
Are you feeling tired and heavy of being the person others expect
you to be, carrying other people's burdens and responsibilities?
Have you been worrying about someone else and their
