The National Cathedral Flower Mart is Washington, D.C.’s
annual outdoor festival for garden enthusiasts and families.
The Flower Mart features annuals, perennials, landscape
exhibits, Olmsted Woods and Garden Tours. The Flower
Mart encircles Washington National Cathedral with its tents
and includes more than 50 booths offering gardening items,
handbags, jewelry, and much, much more! Food vendors will
be stationed throughout the grounds offering a wide variety
of foods including Asian specialties, pizza, BBQ, Southern
cuisine, lobster rolls, baked goods and more! Each year one of
Washington’s Embassies is honored.

Lahaska, PA
Come and celebrate everything strawberry! Enjoy a variety
of strawberry treats including chocolate dipped strawberries,
strawberry shortcake, strawberry jam, strawberry fritters,
and assorted pastries. Visit with area craftspeople who
will be showing and selling their wares, and offering craft
demonstrations. Live entertainment and a strawberry pieeating
contest add to the enjoyment of this traditional spring

celebration. There will be no rest stops made both en route to
Peddler’s Village, or on the return trip home.

Welcome to The Front Porch Tea Room located in the
quaint Town of Hallam, nestled among the rolling hills of
Pennsylvania for a Tea Luncheon. Relax and enjoy the
warm friendly service, and the beauty and quite charm of this
Victorian hill top home built in the center of town. From the
homes expansive front porch, surrounded by large old trees
and flower gardens, you are invited to step back in time and
leave the hustle and bustle of the modern world behind. Don’t
rush! While sipping a cup of their freshly brewed aromatic tea
you can easily imagine an era when ladies wore fashionable
hats, and manners and civility were a way of life. Take time to
browse through the rooms filled with antiques, gifts, tea items
and handmade crafts. After our tea, we take a leisurely drive
to the Markets at Shrewsbury, a Pennsylvania Dutch Market
in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania. Bring along a cooler and take
home some Pennsylvania Dutch foods, fresh baked breads,
meats, cheeses, and salads made fresh daily. Note: This day
