Civil War Skirmish Train Ride
& Lunch at Old Country Buffet
Wilmington, DE
We travel to Wilmington, Delaware for an exciting “Civil
War Skirmish Train Ride Excursion” on the Wilmington &
Western Railroad. From your seat onboard a vintage train,
we will travel with the troops on a 2-¼ hour round trip train
ride to the site of a skirmish between Union and Confederate
forces. Settle into the clickety-clack of the rails as you watch
reenactors dressed in authentic period costumes engage in battle
using civil war era weapons. Enjoy this action packed civil war
battlefield reenactment while making your round trip journey
in antique passenger coaches pulled by a coal-burning steam
