Day 7: Killarney – Limerick. Today, experience the<br />

customs and daily life of a traditional Irish family during<br />

a memorable visit to the Molanna Dairy Farm. Continue to<br />

Limerick where you will enjoy a city tour showcasing King<br />

John’s Castle and the Treaty Stone. Delve into the fascinating<br />

history of the “city of the violated treaty.” (B)<br />

Day 8: Limerick – Cliffs of Moher – Galway – Limerick.<br />

A most interesting day awaits. Journey to the stunning,<br />

700-foot-high Cliffs of Moher for awe-inspiring views of the<br />

mighty Atlantic and the Aran Islands. Then, travel through<br />

the vast limestone landscape of the Burren, known for its stark<br />

beauty and Neolithic tombs. Continue past scenic countryside<br />

into Galway, where a brief city tour introduces “The City of<br />

Day 9: Limerick – Tullamore – Kingscourt. Today, travel<br />

across country on your journey to Tullamore. Visit the<br />

Tullamore Drew Heritage Centre where you will learn how<br />

Irish whiskey is made and enjoy a tasting. Your day is<br />

topped off with an overnight stay on the regal grounds of<br />

Cabra Castle, where you toast the end of a fabulous trip<br />

Day 10: Kingscourt – Tour Ends. Your tour ends in<br />

Mohegan Sun Casino & Block Island<br />

Uncasville, CT & Rhode Island<br />

Day 1: Welcome Aboard! Enjoy the breathtaking scenery along<br />

every turn of the highway as we travel to the heart of New<br />

England to the fabulous Mohegan Sun Casino. It is one of the<br />

largest, most distinctive and spectacular entertainment, gaming<br />

and shopping destinations in the world. After we check into the<br />

Mohegan Sun Casino for the night, relax and indulge yourself<br />

in the luxurious accommodations surrounding you which<br />

include a world-class spa, and more than 60 premier shops<br />

and restaurants. You’ll also find two of the most exhilarating<br />

casinos with over 6,000 slots and over 300 table games. This<br />

evening feast on a buffet dinner at your leisure. (D)<br />

Day 2: The morning is free for you to enjoy a leisurely buffet<br />

breakfast and our remaining time at the Mohegan Sun Casino<br />

& Resort. Following lunch on your own we depart for Point<br />

Judith, Rhode Island where we will travel by ferry to Block<br />

Island, “The Bermuda of the North”. Block Island is noted<br />

for its great beaches, wildflowers, and miles of stonewalls and<br />

rolling terrain. After checking into The National Hotel, a<br />

downtown hotel located within walking distance of shops and<br />

restaurants, for the next two nights, we are treated to a delicious<br />

dinner. Note: The National Hotel is a historic property that<br />

is on the National Register of Historic Places. The Victorian<br />

style hotel is on 4 levels, and there are no elevators or air<br />

conditioning. This tour may not be suitable for persons who<br />

have trouble with mobility and climbing stairs! (B, D)<br />

Day 3: After a buffet breakfast we meet our driver guide,<br />

and depart on a narrated island bus tour. We will explore<br />

the island and discover more of its magic and natural beauty.<br />

Our tour includes a photo-stop at the Mohegan Bluffs and<br />

South East Light. Following our tour a delicious luncheon<br />

is included at the hotel. This afternoon enjoy some leisure<br />

time strolling along the streets in town browsing and shopping<br />

at the local stores. However, you may simply wish to relax<br />

on the National’s world famous giant wrap-around porch and<br />

take in the breathtaking views overlooking the Block Island<br />

Sound. Tonight dinner is on your own at your leisure. For<br />

your convenience, there is an excellent restaurant located in the<br />

hotel, or you may choose to dine at one of the several restaurants<br />

conveniently located within walking distance of The National<br />

Day 4: After a buffet breakfast we depart for home with fond<br />

memories our New England coastal and island get-away, and its<br />

spectacular seaside views! (B)
