experience in Pennsylvania’s Amish Country! First we will<br />

visit Liz’s Amish Kitchen, located in Paradise, Pennsylvania.<br />

At Liz’s Amish Kitchen, relax and be a part of her Amish home.<br />

Enjoy an authentic full-course Amish meal served by Liz and<br />

her family. The dishes served are made with delicious homegrown,<br />

farm-raised ingredients. After lunch enjoy a peaceful<br />

walk around the grounds. Take in the farm atmosphere with<br />

its beautiful flower and vegetable gardens, horses, indoor &<br />

outdoor sitting areas, and relaxing on the back porch deck.<br />

Don’t forget to visit the Craft Corner filled with handmade<br />

crafts, homemade jams, jellies, pickles, chow-chow, and Liz’s<br />

own Country Kitchen Cookbook. Next we make the short drive<br />

to Ronks, Pennsylvania to the Strasburg Rail Road. You will<br />

travel round trip in an authentic steam locomotive through the<br />

rolling hills and the picturesque countryside of Pennsylvania<br />

Dutch Country. From your seat, you’ll see working farms,<br />

Amish neighbors and beauty as far as the eye can see. We<br />

conclude our day in the Amish country with a stop at Riel’s<br />

Quilts and Crafts, a working Amish farm with an Amish quilt<br />

& craft shop. Here you will have the opportunity to meet the<br />

Amish in person while browsing through a colorful array of<br />

Today we travel to Sleepy Hollow, New York for a delightful<br />

day in the majestic Hudson River <strong>Valley</strong>. Upon our arrival we<br />

meet our docent guide for a guided tour of The Union Church<br />

of Pocantico Hills. The church features stained glass windows<br />

by Marc Chagall and Henri Matisse, which were given to the<br />

church by members of the Rockefeller family. Next we take<br />

a short walk over to the Philipsburg Manor for a delicious<br />

buffet lunch at the Tastefully Yours Café. Following lunch<br />

the highlight of our day will be a tour of Kykuit, home to<br />

four generations of the Rockefeller family, beginning with the<br />

philanthropist John D. Rockefeller, the founder of Standard Oil.<br />

This is the preeminent Hudson <strong>Valley</strong> landmark known for its<br />

architecture, remarkable gardens, art, history and spectacular<br />

scenery. You will enjoy the elegant rooms, expansive, beautifully<br />

kept gardens and the collection of carriages and classic autos.<br />

Guests particularly enjoy the stories of the four generations of<br />

Rockefellers who called this hilltop paradise their home. After<br />

our tour, settle back, relax and enjoy the scenery on our drive<br />

home. Fast food stops will be made both en route to Sleepy<br />

Welcome to The Old Farm House Tea House located in the<br />

quaint town of Thomasville, Pennsylvania in York County<br />

for a Tea Luncheon. Relax and enjoy the warm friendly<br />

service, and the beauty and quite charm of this Victorian styled<br />

farmhouse. Start by selecting from a choice of vintage hats<br />

and boas to wear while indulging yourself in the pleasures of<br />

your afternoon tea luncheon. Your menu will consist of a fresh<br />

fruit medley, garden salad, tea scones & tea breads, cup of soup,<br />

an entrée, and concludes with a tasty dessert. Please provide<br />

a meal choice when making your reservations. Your choices<br />

are Stuffed Chicken Breast or Stuffed Pork Loin. After our<br />

tea, we take a leisurely drive to the Markets at Shrewsbury,<br />

a Pennsylvania Dutch Market in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania.<br />

Bring along a cooler and take home some Pennsylvania Dutch<br />

foods, fresh baked breads, meats, cheeses, and salads made<br />
