What the Holiday Prices Include:
• Return coach travel from departure points as listed on page 2.
Please note: ALL coaches are non-smoking.
• Excursions as indicated on itinerary.
• Ferry charge - on coach holidays all ferry charges are included when
required.
We reserve the right to use Eurotunnel services through the channel
tunnel in either or both directions on tours to the Continent. This service
may be used as alternative transportation to ferry crossings in case of
last minute schedule changes, unexpected delays, weather conditions
or force majeure.
• Hotel accommodation on board basis as specified in each itinerary.
• VAT applicable in April 2011. If rate changes or new system introduced
surcharges may be levied. (See Fair Trading Policy).
• Financial Bonding
Please Note: All excursion programmes as detailed are subject to last
minute change or substitution.
What the Holiday Prices Do Not Include:
• Charges that accommodation suppliers may make for use of certain
facilities such as tennis courts, sunbeds etc.
• Cost of visas or inoculations
• Any articles of personal expenditure not listed as included in the price of
the holiday.
• Extra items at hotel such as laundry, wines, morning tea, coffee after
Dinner, unless the hotel should specifically include those items in tariff.
• Any locally collected taxes
• Meals en route.
• Gratuities, personal expenditure and where applicable, admission
charges.
• Travel Insurance which is strongly recommended
• Optional excursions
Please Note: The availability of optional excursions cannot be
guaranteed and are operated on a basis of a minimum of 20 passengers
booking. If it is necessary for us to cancel an optional excursion a
refund of the excursion price will be refunded. There will be no
additional compensation.
