DUOMATIC for Aluminum Framed Profiles<br />
Profiles that make up the door are cut<br />
as required to a mitre of 45º.<br />
Mount the hinges onto the mounting<br />
plates and attach to the assembled<br />
frame. The hinge can now be<br />
inserted into the profile recess at any<br />
position.<br />
Cut the inner decorative profile to a<br />
45º mitre.<br />

Insert the corner connector into the<br />
profile recess and attach with premounted<br />
screws. With larger doors<br />
we recommend using the additional<br />
corner connector (see inset picture).<br />
The hinge positions at the same<br />
distance to the mounting plate that is<br />
mounted onto the the furniture side.<br />
Simply push in the decorative profile<br />
to complete the door.<br />

Assemble three profiles. The glass is<br />
attached before mounting the fourth<br />
and last profile.<br />
Attach the hinge by a 90º turn of the<br />
eccentric profile.<br />
On the hinge side the inner decorative<br />
profile has to be cut accordingly.<br />
