• Side panel thickness: 19 mm
• Door thickness: 19 mm
• Tab 4 mm (variable)
• Gap e.g. 5 mm (variable)
The minimum gap is determined by the door
thickness and the cup spacing.

table on each hinge page.

How many hinges per door?
Door
There is no general answer to the question of how many hinges to use
per door. The deciding factors here are the dimensions of the doors
and the resulting weight. In case of doubt (for doors with mirrors or
exceptionally wide doors) a trial mounting is recommended. Avoid
doors which are wider than they are tall. For normal doors made of
conventional materials, the adjacent table can be used to aid your
decision. If in doubt, allow for an extra hinge.
