A. SELECTING BOOTH TYPE<br />

We offer 2 possibilities concerning the equipment of your chosen space:<br />

1. PRE-EQUIPPED (BASIC SHELL SCHEME PACKAGE) - see picture<br />

Each pre-equipped booth will be provided with the following standard equipment:<br />

- wall paneling in pifex system with polykem board in-fill.<br />

- white fascia board with company name and booth number in vinyl sticker cut-out.<br />

- two 40W fluorescent tubes<br />

- one 500W socket<br />

- furniture: 1 information counter, 2 white folding chairs and 1 waste paper basket<br />

NB: Posters not provided. Actual color scheme may vary.<br />

A. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:<br />

- Booking before July 15, 2012: 50% upon reception of invoice - 50% before July 15, 2012.<br />

- Booking after July 15, 2012: 100% upon reception of invoice.<br />

How to UPGRADE your pre-equipped booth? Please refer to the chapter Exhibitor Services within your online dedicated<br />

account.<br />

2. RAW SPACE<br />

- Exhibitors may choose to reserve raw space for tailor-made booth built by their own booth constructor. In<br />

this case, they must forward their selected constructor’s name with their full contact to the Organizer. The selected<br />

constructor must coordinate with and abide by all terms and conditions of the <strong>IMCAS</strong> Official Constructor and the<br />

Venue.<br />

- Exhibitors with independent constructor must submit 2 digital copies of technical drawing of their tailored-made<br />

design booth with exact dimensions to <strong>IMCAS</strong> Secretariat within September, 1st 2012.<br />

- On the set-up day, <strong>IMCAS</strong> Official Contractor will be in charge of floor marking.<br />

- Tailored-made booths must not disturb or intrude upon general environment or cause inconveniences to<br />

neighboring booths.<br />

- In case of conflict, <strong>IMCAS</strong> Official Contractor will be in charge of judgment. Any damages or nuisance caused to<br />

the venue or the neighboring booths will be fixed by <strong>IMCAS</strong> Official Contractor and the expenses will be billed to the<br />

responsible party.<br />

- Maximum height of booths within the registration area: walls - up to 2,30 m<br />

- Maximum height of booths within the exhibition hall: walls - up to 3,5 m<br />

- Banners - up to 3m, subject to the approval of the Organizer and the height of the ceiling over the booth space.<br />

B. SELECTING BOOTH SPACE<br />

- Booth space will be assigned on a space available, first-come, first-serve basis. Prime booth location varies upon<br />

(i) the total amount of financial contribution and (ii) the date when payment is received.<br />

- If the booth you selected is not available, the next best option will be attributed at the discretion of the<br />

Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to change the floor plan and booth model without prior notice.<br />

- To maintain the variety of the exhibition area, each company is allowed to pre-reserve 1-unit unless one<br />

additional sponsorship is ordered at the same time. To be chosen within our product catalog (exclusive of products<br />

marked with *).<br />

C. Refer to <strong>IMCAS</strong> RULES and REGULATIONS document for any additional information (to be downloaded on<br />

www.imcas.com)<br />

B. CANCELLATION:<br />

- Cancellation must be made in writing.<br />

- For cancellation received before July 15, 2012: 50% of the total invoice is charged.<br />

- Cancellation received after July 15, 2012: no refund. Total invoice is due.<br />

- In case of no payment within deadlines, the Organizer will allocate your booth to the next company on the waiting list without prior notice.
