A. SELECTING BOOTH TYPE
We offer 2 possibilities concerning the equipment of your chosen space:
1. PRE-EQUIPPED (BASIC SHELL SCHEME PACKAGE) - see picture
Each pre-equipped booth will be provided with the following standard equipment:
- wall paneling in pifex system with polykem board in-fill.
- white fascia board with company name and booth number in vinyl sticker cut-out.
- two 40W fluorescent tubes
- one 500W socket
- furniture: 1 information counter, 2 white folding chairs and 1 waste paper basket
NB: Posters not provided. Actual color scheme may vary.
A. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- Booking before July 15, 2012: 50% upon reception of invoice - 50% before July 15, 2012.
- Booking after July 15, 2012: 100% upon reception of invoice.

2. RAW SPACE
- Exhibitors may choose to reserve raw space for tailor-made booth built by their own booth constructor. In
this case, they must forward their selected constructor’s name with their full contact to the Organizer. The selected
constructor must coordinate with and abide by all terms and conditions of the IMCAS Official Constructor and the
Venue.
- Exhibitors with independent constructor must submit 2 digital copies of technical drawing of their tailored-made
design booth with exact dimensions to IMCAS Secretariat within September, 1st 2012.
- On the set-up day, IMCAS Official Contractor will be in charge of floor marking.
- Tailored-made booths must not disturb or intrude upon general environment or cause inconveniences to
neighboring booths.
- In case of conflict, IMCAS Official Contractor will be in charge of judgment. Any damages or nuisance caused to
the venue or the neighboring booths will be fixed by IMCAS Official Contractor and the expenses will be billed to the
responsible party.
- Maximum height of booths within the registration area: walls - up to 2,30 m
- Maximum height of booths within the exhibition hall: walls - up to 3,5 m
- Banners - up to 3m, subject to the approval of the Organizer and the height of the ceiling over the booth space.
B. SELECTING BOOTH SPACE
- Booth space will be assigned on a space available, first-come, first-serve basis. Prime booth location varies upon
(i) the total amount of financial contribution and (ii) the date when payment is received.
- If the booth you selected is not available, the next best option will be attributed at the discretion of the
Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to change the floor plan and booth model without prior notice.
- To maintain the variety of the exhibition area, each company is allowed to pre-reserve 1-unit unless one
additional sponsorship is ordered at the same time. To be chosen within our product catalog (exclusive of products
marked with *).
C. Refer to IMCAS RULES and REGULATIONS document for any additional information (to be downloaded on
www.imcas.com)
B. CANCELLATION:
- Cancellation must be made in writing.
- For cancellation received before July 15, 2012: 50% of the total invoice is charged.
- Cancellation received after July 15, 2012: no refund. Total invoice is due.
- In case of no payment within deadlines, the Organizer will allocate your booth to the next company on the waiting list without prior notice.
