LEAD RETRIEVAL (BADGE SCANNER)*

A. SPONSORING A LEAD RETRIEVAL
A barcode will be printed on the badges of all registered participants.
This barcode contains a unique number which relates to the participant record in the registration
database. This record holds all contacts and information, as provided by the participant on the
registration form.
Simply scan the barcode on the participant’s badge and all data will be stored in the scanner. It is
mandatory to return the scanner at the end of each conference day to recharge the battery and
ckeck the number of scanned data.
Lead retrieval is a perfect marketing tool for capturing and follow – up of sales leads generated at
IMCAS ASIA 2012.
It is a growing technology solution for our Exhibitors to obtain the best possible return on investment
and take advantage of tools allowing them to learn more about each attendee that visits their Booth.
Sponsorship includes:
- a scanner rented for the duration of the exhibition
- two weeks after the end of the conference, an Excel file with all the detailed contact/lead
information of the scanned participants will be mailed electronically to your company
B. PLACING YOUR ORDER
The confirmation of your order in writing must be received by IMCAS Secretariat by September, 1
2012.
B. CANCELLATION:
- Cancellation must be made in writing.
- For cancellation received before July 15, 2012: 50% of the total invoice is charged.
- Cancellation received after July 15, 2012: no refund. Total invoice is due.
- In case of no payment within deadlines, the Organizer will allocate your booth to the next company on the waiting list without prior notice.
