A. SPONSORING A LEAD RETRIEVAL<br />
A barcode will be printed on the badges of all registered participants.<br />
This barcode contains a unique number which relates to the participant record in the registration<br />
database. This record holds all contacts and information, as provided by the participant on the<br />
registration form.<br />
Simply scan the barcode on the participant’s badge and all data will be stored in the scanner. It is<br />
mandatory to return the scanner at the end of each conference day to recharge the battery and<br />
ckeck the number of scanned data.<br />
Lead retrieval is a perfect marketing tool for capturing and follow – up of sales leads generated at<br />
<strong>IMCAS</strong> ASIA 2012.<br />
It is a growing technology solution for our Exhibitors to obtain the best possible return on investment<br />
and take advantage of tools allowing them to learn more about each attendee that visits their Booth.<br />
Sponsorship includes:<br />
- a scanner rented for the duration of the exhibition<br />
- two weeks after the end of the conference, an Excel file with all the detailed contact/lead<br />
information of the scanned participants will be mailed electronically to your company<br />
B. PLACING YOUR ORDER<br />
The confirmation of your order in writing must be received by <strong>IMCAS</strong> Secretariat by September, 1<br />
2012.<br />
B. CANCELLATION:<br />
- Cancellation must be made in writing.<br />
- For cancellation received before July 15, 2012: 50% of the total invoice is charged.<br />
- Cancellation received after July 15, 2012: no refund. Total invoice is due.<br />
- In case of no payment within deadlines, the Organizer will allocate your booth to the next company on the waiting list without prior notice.
