Helping homeowners save energy. And money. Heating homes is a major factor of energy consumption. Making heating efficiency is essential to energy saving. The Federal Republic of Germany has made it compulsory for all homeowners to provide buyers and tenants with energy passes, which are valid for 10 years and forecast energy costs. The passes provide homeowners access to specialized financial products. Thanks to the “HVB Energieausweis service”, customers are provided with the opportunity to secure public financing and modernize their heating reduction costs. This shows how UniCredit provides customers concrete solutions to real challenges.
