KHF Media continued their run of international success with their online drama ‘Reservoir Hill’. In 20<strong>10</strong>, the first<br />

series won an international Emmy award, and this year the show’s second season received a second nomination.<br />

The first season won a Gold World Medal at the prestigious 20<strong>11</strong> New York Festival’s International Television and<br />

Film Awards.<br />

Film <strong>Wellington</strong> is increasing its activities around assisting screen businesses to engage with <strong>Grow</strong> <strong>Wellington</strong>’s<br />

Business <strong>Grow</strong>th services to promote sustainable businesses and growth. Screen Technicians – How to turn your<br />

ideas into dollars was a targeted workshop run by Film <strong>Wellington</strong> which has greatly increased the number of<br />

screen industry businesses being assisted by Film <strong>Wellington</strong>.<br />

Another important goal for the year was to increase awareness and use of the core Film <strong>Wellington</strong> services.<br />

The plan included a strong presence at industry events. The key international event was the Locations Trade<br />

Show in Los Angeles. Promotion for Film <strong>Wellington</strong> included timely editorial and advertising content in the<br />

globally distributed Locations Magazine.<br />
