Apply: an overview of the application system
Office of Career Guidance & University Applications
Apply is an application system that allows you to apply online for full-time undergraduate
courses at universities and colleges in the UK. It has the following sections:
Registration set up user name and password, link application to current school attending
Personal details complete online form
o Postal address: Use your permanent address where parents are living (you can check a
box not to have mail sent to this address)
o Fee Code: “Home” is for UK & EU nationals
� “Overseas” if for all other nationals (Universities make the final decision on this)
o Nominated Access: If you would like someone other than yourself to be able to contact
UCAS on your behalf (usually a parent/guardian or careers advisor) please write this in
your application, otherwise leave this section blank.

Education
o Enter UWC Maastricht Centre Code: 45959
o List all UWC Maastricht IBDP Courses currently taken, TOK AND EE
� List date of final exam (05/2013) and higher/standard level
o List any other schools attended at SECONDARY/High school level
� List any national exams taken and grades received (ex. GCE, IGCSE, A Level, O
Level, etc.)
Employment (enter any paid or non-paid internship/work experience)
Personal statement Copy and paste final draft onto website – same for all 5 courses
Reference TO BE COMPLETED BY CAREERS ADVISER

o UCAS Fee: 21 GBP to be paid online by student (11 GBP for 1 choice only) No fee
waiver
o You are responsible for making your own payment online. Your application cannot
be submitted until UCAS has received your payment.
