If you would like your child/children to receive a gift from Santa<br />
at the Children’s Christmas Party (November 12) you must<br />
register them on this form. Children up to year 7 at primary<br />
school are eligible to receive a gift. You can only register your<br />
own children who permanently reside in <strong>Glenden</strong> and they<br />
must attend the Christmas Party to receive their gift.<br />
Registrations must be submitted to Toni Kidman at Newlands<br />
Coal by Wednesday 12th October. Alternatively, forms can be<br />
left at the Queensland Country Credit Union. A letter will be<br />
forwarded to parents confirming receipt of their registration.<br />
If you do not receive this confirmation,<br />
contact Toni at Newlands on 4940 5203 as this<br />
means she has not received your registration<br />
and your child will not receive a gift.<br />
