<strong>Glenden</strong> Progress<br />

Association<br />

"Sweet Charity" the Musical, is on at the Central Queensland<br />

Conservatorium of Music on Saturday 6th <strong>August</strong>, beginning at 2pm.<br />

Admission: Adults $30, Children $15.<br />

This is a bright and sophisticated show, a comedy in every sense of the<br />

word. Wonderful musical numbers include Big Spender, The Rhythm of<br />

Life, If My Friends Could See Me Now and more. Why not pop in<br />

Saturday morning for shopping and then relax and see a show.<br />

"Dora the Explorer", Search for the City of Lost Toys is on at the<br />

MECC Auditorium on Wednesday 24th <strong>August</strong> at 10.30am. Tickets are<br />

$28.50 each.<br />

Dora the Explorer is back by popular demand after the smash hit 2010<br />

tour. This is a LIVE musical adventure. Join Dora, Boots the monkey,<br />

Diego and their friends as they embark on an exciting journey through<br />

the number pyramid, the mixed up jungle and much much more.<br />

<strong>Glenden</strong> Arts Council<br />

July has been a busy month with many productions visiting<br />

<strong>Glenden</strong>. Watch this space for more exciting productions<br />

throughout the year.<br />

Why not become a member of <strong>Glenden</strong> Arts Council. It will only<br />

cost you $10 to join.<br />

<strong>Glenden</strong> ladies recently had the opportunity to<br />

dress up and enjoy a wonderful afternoon,<br />

all in support of the C&K centre.
