The dry weather flow has been calculated by using the following assumptions. Per capita consumption has been assumed to be 120 litres per head per day for new properties, occupancy rate has been assumed to<br />

be an average of 2.2, and an infiltration rate of 40% of dry weather flows has been assumed.
