the week in the Bistro Grill is the Sunday Champagne Brunch – although
the daily selection of local and international cuisine is popular on any day.
The Weekend Oriental Brunch in the Jiang-Nan Chun is a 101-dish dim sum
overload. Jiang-Nan Chun is a classical Cantonese restaurant offering dim
sum lunches and a la carte dinners. The indoor/outdoor bar and alfresco area
brings an echo of the elegant past with its light snacks, cocktails and teas.
The Four Seasons has a spa, 24-hour gym, two swimming pools and four
tennis courts (two indoor and air conditioned) plus signifi cant conference
facilities with spaces for between 10 and 450 in the two ballrooms, boardrooms
