If you are not a registered user, choose one of the following options:
• To register, go to http://www.bmc.com/support.html, click First Time
Users, complete the form, and click Submit Registration.
When you receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail, you
can then access books on the Web.
• To request a temporary user name and a password, contact your
BMC Software sales representative.
BMC Software provides a core set of printed books with your product
order. To request additional books, go to
http://www.bmc.com/support.html.
You can access Help for a product through the product’s Help menu. The
online Help provides information about the product’s graphical user
interface (GUI) and provides instructions for completing tasks.
Printed release notes accompany each BMC Software product on the
documentation CD. Release notes provide up-to-date information such as
• updates to the installation instructions
• last-minute product information
The latest versions of the release notes are also available on the Web at
http://www.bmc.com/support.html.
