<strong>for</strong> Sustainable Development, namely Heather Creech, Stuart Slayen, Jason Manaigre,<br />
Graham Ash<strong>for</strong>d, Jennifer Castleden, Dennis Cunningham, Chantal Guertin,<br />
and Allen Tyrchniewicz. This Winnipeg-based organization has an outstanding reputation<br />
around the world <strong>for</strong> its work in climate change, and is an exceptionally valuable<br />
asset <strong>for</strong> <strong>Manitoba</strong> and Canada.<br />
Other notable contributors of constructive ideas, in<strong>for</strong>mation and assistance were<br />
Don Shields, <strong>for</strong>mer Dean of Engineering at the University of <strong>Manitoba</strong>; Ken Beeson,<br />
Managing Director of Public Policy Management in Vancouver; and Bill Freedman,<br />
Dalhousie University.<br />
