Le vignette autostradali semestrali, settimanali e mensili devono essere vidimate nel punto vendita. Vengono vidimate nel punto che indica il primo giorno di validità. Le vignette non vidimate non sono valide! Vi preghiamo di verificare all’acquisto di una vignetta autostradale se la vostra vignetta è stata vidimata correttamente. Dopo aver rimosso la pellicola di protezione attaccate la vignetta non danneggiata sul lato interno del parabrezza facendo però in modo che sia ben visibile da fuori. L’adesivo non deve essere fissato in un punto in cui il parabrezza è scurito o su un finestrino laterale del veicolo. Prima di attaccare la vignetta autostradale vi preghiamo di leggere attentamente le istruzioni che si trovano sul retro della vignetta autostradale. Prima di attaccare una nuova vignetta valida rimuovete quella precedentemente attaccata ovvero la vignetta autostradale non più valida. La vignetta può essere utilizzata solo su un veicolo. Se rimuovete una vignetta autostradale già incollata la danneggiate e annullate la sua validità. Non è consentito utilizzare altre colle, pellicole particolari, nastri adesivi. A 9999484 B 9999894 A 9999484 B 9999894 Vignetta autostradale sostitutiva Se il conducente: • fa sostituire il parabrezza o parte del motoveicolo sul quale si trovava la vignetta autostradale, • fa sostituire il veicolo, il parabrezza o parte del motoveicolo nel periodo di garanzia o • manda il veicolo in demolizione, può richiedere al gestore delle strade soggette a pedaggio: • il rilascio di una vignetta sostitutiva per lo stesso periodo o • il rimborso del valore d’acquisto della vignetta sostitutiva se lui stesso compra la vignetta autostradale sostitutiva, annuale o semestrale. È necessario allegare al modulo compilato per la richiesta di rilascio di una vignetta sostitutiva: • la vignetta rimossa o parte del vetro con la vignetta (nel caso in cui sulla vignetta rimossa non sia visibile l’intero numero di serie, è necessario allegare anche la relativa cedola). Sulla vignetta rimossa, sia essa semestrale, mensile o settimanale, deve essere visibile il termine della validità, in caso contrario è necessario allegare anche lo scontrino del suo acquisto; • una copia della fattura per la sostituzione del parabrezza o una copia della fattura per la sostituzione di parte del motoveicolo o • un documento o una copia del documento sulla sostituzione in garanzia del parabrezza, di parte del motoveicolo o del veicolo, rilasciata dall’officina in cui è stata effettuata la riparazione; • una fotocopia del documento sulla consegna del veicolo in demolizione e del documento di cancellazione del veicolo dal registro ufficiale dei veicoli immatricolati. Ai documenti devono essere allegate le traduzioni in lingua slovena effettuate da un interprete giudiziario. Al modulo compilato per il rimborso del valore d’acquisto della vignetta sostitutiva è necessario, oltre a quanto elencato, allegare anche l’originale della cedola e lo scontrino d’acquisto della nuova vignetta (sostitutiva) che vengono restituiti al richiedente. La domanda per il rilascio di una vignetta sostitutiva o per il rimborso del valore d’acquisto della vignetta sostitutiva annuale ossia semestrale deve essere presentata dall’utente entro e non oltre 30 giorni dalla realizzazione delle condizioni per l’esercizio dei propri diritti. L’utente ha diritto al rimborso del valore della vignetta autostradale annuale solo nel caso di acquisto di una vignetta sostitutiva prima dell’inizio di validità della vignetta autostradale annuale per l’anno successivo. Specification of validity How to use the vignette Use of a vignette is compulsory for single-track vehicles (motorbikes) and double-track motor vehicles, with or without a trailer vehicle, the maximum permissible weight of which does not exceed 3.500 kg, on all motorways and expressways in the Republic of Slovenia under the management of DARS d.d. Half-year vignette is valid for six months from the date of purchase. The monthly vignette is valid from the date of purchase until the end of the day with the same number one month after purchase, or, if there is no such day in the following month, until the end of the last day of the month. Weekly vignette is valid for seven consecutive days from the date specified by the user upon purchase. 30.00 Half-year, monthly and weekly vignette must be punched at the point of sale. After removing the protection foil, immediately place a vignette undamaged on the inner side of a windscreen, in such a way that it is clearly visible from outside. The sticker should not be placed in a spot where the windscreen is dark or to a side window of a vehicle. Please make sure, before applying a vignette, to read the displaying instructions on the back side of a vignette. Always remove a previously displayed or invalid vignette prior to placing a new valid vignette. A vignette may only be used on one vehicle. Removing an already displayed vignette damages the vignette, which is therefore no longer valid. When applying a vignette it is not permitted to use other glues, special foils, adhesive tapes and similar. If the driver: • replaces the windscreen or a part of motorcycle to which the vignette was affixed because of destruction, • replaces the vehicle, windscreen or a part of motorcycle within the warranty period or • gives the vehicle for destruction, the driver is allowed to request from the manager of toll roads to: • issue a replacement vignette for the same period, or • to reimburse the cost of the purchase of a replacement vignette, if the driver buys a replacement yearly or half-yearly vignette. A fulfilled request for the issuing of a replacement vignette has to be submitted along with: • the removed vignette or the part of the glass with the vignette (if the entire serial number is not legible, the accompanying coupon should also be submitted). The validity of the removed half-yearly, monthly or weekly vignette has to be legible, otherwise the purchase invoice has to be attached; • a copy of the invoice for the replacement of the windscreen or a copy of the invoice for the replacement of a part of motorcycle or • document or a copy of document on the replacement of the windscreen, a part of motorcycle or the vehicle within the warranty period issued by the workshop in which the replacement has been made; • a copy of the document on the handover of the vehicle for destruction and the document on the cancellation of the vehicle from the official registry of registered vehicles. The documents have to be enclosed with their translations into Slovenian language issued by a sworn translator. Besides the mentioned, a fulfilled request for reimbursement of the cost of the purchase of a replacement vignette has to also be enclosed with the original coupon and purchase invoice for the new (replacement) vignette, which is to be returned to the applicant. A request for the issuing of a replacement vignette or for reimbursement of the cost of the purchase of a replacement yearly or half-yearly vignette has to be submitted not later than 30 after the fulfilment of the conditions for eligibility. A user is entitled to compensation of the yearly vignette value only if he or she purchased the replacement vignette before the start of validity of yearly vignette for the following calendar year.
