Ikon turns back the clock
Ikon has expanded its vintage range of
products with some special shocks to
provide modern damping control to the
infamous ‘jam pot’ set-up as used on
some AJS and Matchless models.
Original looks are maintained
through the re-use of the original
damper bodies and spring covers.
The same type of product has recently
been made for a set of ‘candle stick’
shocks.
Another recent addition aimed at
the classic bike rider are shocks with
covers that give a more traditional
British look. These shocks that look
the part and are adjustable and rebuildable,
and can be made to suit a
variety of old British bikes.
A further new variation on the theme
of black and chrome is the introduction
of shocks with black bodies and
chrome springs, which are now
available in a variety of models.
