DESCRIPTIOn<br />
<strong>ASAM</strong> AE ISSUE is an exchange format for e g<br />
change requests, clarification requests, problem<br />
reports supporting the complete lifecycle<br />
from creation to closure of an issue <strong>ASAM</strong> AE<br />
ISSUE concentrates on all issue related meta<br />
information and provides a simple text model<br />
for descriptive parts<br />
The <strong>ASAM</strong> AE ISSUE can be used as an universal<br />
format for information and data exchange<br />
between different issue management/tracking<br />
systems in distributed development environments,<br />
e g in the development of component<br />
based software architectures for embedded<br />
systems<br />
The following main information can be stored<br />
in an ISSUE:<br />
• Issue properties, e.g. identifier, state,<br />
priority, severity, reproducibility, delivery<br />
milestones<br />
• Description including associated<br />
documents<br />
• Relation to other issues, e.g. parent of,<br />
depends on, similar, etc<br />
• Possible solution description including<br />
associated documents<br />
• History status<br />
DESCRIPTIOn<br />
The goal of the MBFS project was to establish<br />
the MSR MEGMA Automotive Library Specification<br />
as <strong>ASAM</strong> standard Therefore the existing<br />
specification was reviewed and reworked<br />
Beside this tool independent block set specification<br />
a Matlab/Simulink based specification including<br />
a reference implementation of the block<br />
set was developed<br />
The benefit is to build a consolidated block set<br />
upon the <strong>ASAM</strong> AE MBFS specification as widely<br />
accepted and established block set, which<br />
should enable a seamless exchange of functional<br />
specifications between different organizations<br />
