RDPAC药品推广行为准则 - IFPMA

药品研制和开发行业委员会
鼓励制药公司之间的正当竞争。
本准则并不会以有损公平竞争的
方 式 限 制 药 品 推 广 活 动 。 相 反
地,它旨在确保制药公司以诚实
的态度进行药品推广活动,避免
欺诈推广行为以及与医疗卫生专
业人士存在利益冲突的行为,确
保制药公司严格遵守有关法律法
规。本准则的宗旨是积极营造一
个良好的环境,使大众有信心能
按药品本身的品质及患者的需要
来选择药品。
除准则外,RDPAC还于2003
年立项、并于2007年在会员公
司内全面开展了“医药代表专业
培训”项目(简称“M R C”项
目)。与行业在英国和日本开展的
医药代表培训项目相似,MRC不
仅包括对会员公司医药代表的职业
道德(主要内容是本准则)的培
训,同时还包括基础医学、药学专
业知识的培训。通过培训考试,我
协会力求每个医药代表都具备必要
的医学、药学知识和基本的职业道
RDPAC encourages competition
among pharmaceutical companies.
The RDPAC Code is not intended to
restrain the promotion of pharmaceutical
products in a manner that is detrimental
to fair competition. Instead, it
seeks to ensure that pharmaceutical
companies conduct such promotion
in a truthful manner, avoiding deceptive
practices and potential conflicts of
interest with healthcare professionals,
and in compliance with applicable Chinese
law. The RDPAC Code thereby
aims to foster an environment where
the general public can be confident
that choices regarding their pharmaceutical
products are being made on
the basis of the merits of each product
and the healthcare needs of patients.
In addition to setting the Code of
Practice, RDPAC also established and
started the roll-out of a training program
for the medical representatives
of its Member Companies, namely the
Medical Representative Competence
(“MRC”) since Year 2003. Similar to
the medical-rep training programs in
UK and Japan, MRC covers not only
the ethical requirements for a medical
representative (mainly addressed by
this Code), but also basic knowledge
of medical science and pharmacy.
Through a series of training courses
and tests, RDPAC tries to ensure that
the medical representatives of our Industry
possess adequate knowledge
