对于任何由会员公司组织或<br />
赞助的、针对医疗卫生专业人士<br />
所进行的各种座谈、大会及其他推<br />
广的、科学的、或专业的会议而言<br />
(以下简称“互动交流活动”),<br />
其目的和重点都只能是向后者提供<br />
科学或教育方面的资讯以及向其传<br />

7.1.2 涉及出国的互动交流活动<br />
会员公司不得组织或赞助医<br />
疗卫生专业人士赴境外参加互动交<br />
流活动(包括赞助个人参加满足如<br />
下第7.2条所述条件的互动交流活<br />
动),除非从交通住宿等安排上及<br />
安全上考虑是适当与合理的。由来<br />
自世界不同国家的与会者参加的国<br />
际科学大会和座谈会一般是合理和<br />

药品推广者可在国际科学大会<br />
或座谈会上通过展台或直接分发给<br />
与会者的方式推广某个/些尚未在<br />
会议所在国获得上市许可、或虽获<br />

posia, congresses and other promotional,<br />
scientific or professional meetings<br />
(an “Event”) for healthcare professionals<br />
organized or sponsored<br />
by a company should be to provide<br />
scientific or educational information<br />
and/or inform healthcare professionals<br />
about products.<br />
7.1.2 Events Involving Foreign<br />
Travel<br />
No company may organize or sponsor<br />
an Event for healthcare professionals<br />
(including sponsoring individuals<br />
to attend such an Event as<br />
described in Article 7.2) that takes<br />
place outside of their home country<br />
unless it is appropriate and justified<br />
to do so from the logistical or<br />
security point of view. International<br />
scientific congresses and symposia<br />
that derive participants from many<br />
countries are therefore justified and<br />
permitted.<br />
