RDPAC会员公司有责任处理<br />
并矫正违反准则的行为。RDPAC<br />
接受来自会员公司且符合相关程<br />
序要求的投诉。一旦确定有违反<br />
RDPAC准则的行为发生,RDPAC<br />
应尽快使违反行为得到纠正。<br />
本行为准则于2012年7月1日<br />
起生效,并取代2002年版的FRPIA<br />
药品推广行为准则(第二版)及<br />
2006年版和2010版RDPAC药品推<br />
广行为准则。<br />

with newest information on<br />
the use of pharmaceutical products,<br />
especially the safety, efficacy, and<br />
rational use of a drug product; collecting<br />
and reporting back to their<br />
companies all the adverse drug reports<br />
for a solution; understanding the<br />
clinical needs in order to improve the<br />
quality of services and serve the best<br />
interests of patients.<br />
RDPAC member companies are accountable<br />
for addressing and correcting<br />
infringements under the RDPAC<br />
Code. RDPAC is open to receive<br />
complaints from its member companies,<br />
in accordance with its operating<br />
procedures. Where it is determined<br />
that there has been a breach of the<br />
RDPAC Code, the objective is to correct<br />
the matter as rapidly as possible.<br />
Effective July 1, 2012, this Code<br />
replaces the FRPIA Code of Pharmaceutical<br />
Marketing Practices (2nd<br />
Edition, 2002), the RDPAC Code of<br />
Practice on the Promotion of Pharmaceutical<br />
Products (2006) and (2010).
