7.1.4 适当的地点<br />

互动交流活动举办的地点应适<br />

当且以有助于实现其科学、教育及<br />

会议本身的目的为宗旨。会员公司<br />

应避免选择名胜或铺张奢侈的地点<br />

举办互动交流活动。在选择互动交<br />

流活动的适当地点时还应遵守本准<br />

则第7条的规定。<br />

7.1.5 限制<br />

附属于互动交流活动的餐饮茶<br />

歇等招待仅可提供给:<br />

• 互动交流活动的参会者;且<br />

• 用于招待的支出按当地标<br />

准应当是中等适度和合理<br />

的。<br />

7.1.6 娱乐<br />

会员公司不应提供或支付任何<br />

娱乐活动或其他休闲及社交活动。<br />

7.2 赞助<br />

在满足以下条件的前提下会员<br />

公司可赞助医疗卫生专业人士参加<br />

7.1.4 Appropriate Venue<br />

All Events must be held in an appropriate<br />

venue that is conducive to the<br />

scientific or educational objectives and<br />

the purpose of the Event or meeting.<br />

Companies must avoid using renowned<br />

or extravagant venues. The additional<br />

requirements set forth in Article 7 of<br />

this Code also apply accordingly.<br />

ANNOTATION 15<br />

7.1.5 Limits<br />

Refreshments and/or meals incidental<br />

to the main purpose of the Event<br />

can only be provided:<br />

• exclusively to participants of the<br />

Event; and<br />

• if they are moderate and reasonable<br />

as judged by local (e.g. Chinese)<br />

standards.<br />

ANNOTATION 16<br />

7.1.6 Entertainment<br />

No entertainment or other leisure or<br />

social activities should be provided<br />

or paid for by member companies.<br />

7.2 Sponsorship<br />

Member companies may sponsor<br />

healthcare professionals to attend<br />

Events provided such sponsorship is<br />
