Das Lieferprogramm umfaßt insgesamt
fünf verschiedene Exsikkatorentypen
und zusätzlich für alle Typen
passende Ersatzteile vom Unterteil,
Deckel bis hin zu den unterschiedlichsten
Anschlüssen.
Alle Exsikkatoren und Einzelteile
werden aus dem bewährten DURAN-
Borosilicatglas 3.3 gefertigt. Höchstmögliche
chemische Resistenz, minimale
Wärmeausdehnung sowie die
hierdurch bedingte hohe Temperaturwechselbeständigkeit
gehören zu
den kennzeichnenden Eigenschaften
von DURAN. Dieses optimale physikalische
und chemische Verhalten
prädestiniert DURAN für den Einsatz

DURAN-Exsikkatoren gibt es in 2 verschiedenen
Ausführungen: Klarglas
und kunststoffummantelt.
Die Kunststoff-Beschichtung der
DURAN Protect Serie ist ein zusätzliches
Schutzschild für DURAN-Exsikkatoren.
Sie schützt vor Kratzern,
mechanischen Beschädigungen und
erhöht zusätzlich die Stabilität des
Gerätes.
The range consists of five different
desiccator types as well as all
the appropriate spare parts such
as bases, lids and a variety of
accessories.
All desiccators and individual parts
are made from the tried and tested
DURAN borosilicate glass 3.3.
Highest possible chemical resistance,
minimum heat expansion as well as
the consequent high resistance to
temperature changes are among the
characteristics of DURAN. These
physical and chemical properties
make DURAN ideal for use in
laboratory glassware. You will find

page 166 onwards.
DURAN desiccators come in two
different versions – clear and plastic
coated. The plastic coating of the
DURAN Protect series is an additional
protection for DURAN desiccators. It
protects from scratches, mechanical
damage and increases the stability
of the item.
Je nach Anforderung kann zwischen

x Exsikkatoren mit Planflansch und
MOBILEX-Gewindeanschluß
Durch exakte Verarbeitung können
bei DURAN-Exsikkatoren gleicher
Bauart und -größe, Ersatzteile, wie
Deckel, Unterteile, Hähne und
Verschlüsse beliebig ausgetauscht
werden. Durch Zusammenstellung
verschiedener Einzelteile bietet das
DURAN-System Variationsmöglichkeiten
für jeden individuellen Einsatz.
Diese Variationsmöglichkeiten bestehen
auch, wenn Sie Ihre bisherigen Exsikkatoren
aus SBW-Glas mit DURAN-
Ersatzteilen kombinieren wollen.
Sicherheit hat einen Namen:
DURAN’.
Five desiccator types are available,
according to actual requirements:

no joint
x Desiccators with ring groove flange
and NOVUS ground joint tubulature
x Desiccators with flat flange and
NOVUS ground joint tubulature
x Desiccators with WERTEX safety
joint
x Desiccators with flat flange and
MOBILEX screw thread joint
Due to precision manufacture of
DURAN desiccators of the same type
and size spare parts such as bases,
lids, stopcocks and closures are fully
interchangeable. By combination of
different parts the DURAN system
offers different variations, according
to individual needs.
These variations are also possible if
you wish to combine existing SBW
desiccator parts with DURAN parts.
