10.2.11. Do not use ibid. The full information must be repeated.<br />

10.2.12 The following prescriptions for the formulation of references will not cover every possible<br />

situation. The goal in formulating a reference is to make it possible for a reader to find the<br />

information cited. Include all the basic publication information in a format closest to the appropriate<br />

one among those shown here.<br />
