Use
6.5.2.4 Hook at upper jaw
Hook at 106 and 206 1. Put the rasping head diagonally to the hook and round the
hook from the front by grinding.
Hook at 111 and 211 If there is enough room:
1. Put the rasping head to the hook between upper and lower
jaw.
2. Grind off the hook.
If the rasping head cannot be positioned directly between upper
and lower jaw due to the size of the hook:
1. Position the rasping head on the cheek side and proceed to
the spot that needs to be treated.
2. Make sure the cheek muscle is not tightened to prevent
possible injury.
