context of centralisation, the EAD programme
is aligned with the implementation of the
Single European Sky.
Emergent airports
Studies and works necessary for the support of the
following have been carried out:
• Putting into service of the new Logroño airport.
• Opening to civil traffic of the Albacete Air Base.
• Construction and entry into service of the new
Ceuta heliport.
In the same way, the Air Navigation Directorate has
undertaken the first supporting studies for the new
private airport of Ciudad Real.
Finally, operative studies for the Andorra-Pirineos
airport have been carried out, with the
collaboration of the Commercial Aviation Pilots
Official Association (COPAC).
Environment
• An “Environmental Management System” has
ben elaborated for the Eastern Region. During
this year the implementation phase has started.
• The Environmental Impact Declarations (DIA) for
Taborno and Torremanzanas have been published
in the State Official Bulletin (BOE).
• The declaration of Small Producer of Dangerous
Residues for the Central Services of the Air
Navigation Directorate has been obtained.
• A wind turbine has been installed in the Canary
Regional Directorate.
Quality
Within the continuous improvement process
advocated by the European excellence model,
adopted by Aena, the following activities have
been done:
• Annual survey of the Quality Perceived by the Air
Navigation customers.

más asegura la continuidad del personal español que Aena ha transferido
a GroupEAD Europe. En este contexto de centralización, el
programa EAD está en línea con la implantación de la iniciativa del
Cielo Único Europeo.
Aeropuertos Emergentes
Se han realizado los estudios y trabajos necesarios de apoyo a la:
• Puesta en funcionamiento del nuevo aeropuerto de Logroño.
• Apertura al tráfico civil de la Base Aérea de Albacete.
• Construcción y entrada en servicio del nuevo helipuerto de Ceuta.
De igual forma, la Dirección de Navegación Aérea de Aena ha llevado
a cabo los primeros estudios de apoyo al nuevo aeropuerto privado
de Ciudad Real.
Por último, se han realizado estudios de operatividad del aeropuerto
de Andorra – Pirineos, con la colaboración del Colegio Oficial de
Pilotos de la Aviación Comercial (COPAC).
Medio Ambiente
• Elaborado el documento “Sistema de Gestión Medioambiental”
de la Región Este. Durante este año se ha iniciado la fase de
implantación.
• Publicadas en el BOE las Declaraciones de Impacto Ambiental
(DIA) de Taborno y Torremanzanas.
• Obtenida la declaración de Pequeño Productor de Residuos
Peligrosos para los Servicios Centrales de la Dirección de
Navegación Aérea.
• Instalación de un aerogenerador en la Dirección Regional Canaria.
Calidad
Dentro del proceso de mejora continua propugnado por el modelo
europeo de excelencia, adoptado por Aena, se han realizado las
siguientes actividades:
• Realización de la encuesta anual de Calidad Percibida por los
clientes de Navegación Aérea.
