¡BUENOS DÍAS!
Nuestra escala número
uno es, por supuesto,
para tomar café.
VERACRUZ
CAFÉ BOLA DE ORO
Mario Molina 240 A
Colonia Centro
Veracruz, Veracruz
Tel. (229) 932 6699
El mejor café de México es
sin lugar a dudas el de las
montañas de Coatepec, Veracruz
y el mejor lechero del
puerto lo sirve Bola de Oro.
Es un gran sitio para quienes
prefieren una bebida balanceada
y con carácter y no
tanto para los amantes del
caramel macciato descafeinado
con leche de soya.
GOOD MORNING
There’s no better way to start
the day than with a steaming
lechero (coffee and milk) from
Bola de Oro. The place isn’t
super fancy, but it serves the
best coffee in town, hands
down, brewed from local
beans from the hills of Coatepec
Veracruz. It’s a fantastic
spot for real coffee aficionados,
though less so for the
decaf caramel macciato with
soy milk sipping crowd.
VIVE EL
HOMBRE
chuleta ahumada, chorizo, bistec, cebollitas
MAN DOES NOT LIVE
ON RIB EYE ALONE
Ever been curious about vegetarian-
and veganism? See if they’re for you
by trying these delicious, meat-free
options. In Guadalajara, go to La Zanahoria
and try the sopes and the tacos al
pastor (all made from soy). In Cancún,
try Axiote’s Mexican lasagna filled with
sautéed vegetables. Lastly, if you’re in
Mexico City, enjoy barbecue-smoked
chops, sausage and beef... all made
with a gluten and soy base. Or, try the
soy chorizo and cheese tacos, served
with guacamole and warm tortillas.
You’ll barely notice there’s no meat.
