Y para bailar, ¿Ushuaïa está entre sus favoritos
Es un club magnífico. Me gusta el concepto de ‘beach club’
donde puedes pasar un día de completa desconexión,
disfrutando de una excelente comida y luego bailar un rato.
Siempre lo paso bien en Ushuaïa.
En los últimos años se ha convertido en una de las dj’s más
solicitadas. ¿Cómo empezó a pinchar y qué relación tiene con
la música
Siempre me ha gustado la música y he tenido amigos que
son grandes dj’s en todo el mundo. Adoro pinchar música y
hacer bailar a la gente. Djing se ha convertido en una de mis
pasiones, disfruto muchísimo haciéndolo y tengo mucha gente
que me sigue y apoya. Es un trabajo divertido y excitante, y
dedico mucho tiempo a practicar para hacerlo cada vez mejor.
Otra de sus pasiones es viajar. ¿Hay algún lugar al que siempre
desee volver y nos pueda recomendar
Hay muchísimos lugares que me gustan, pero si tuviese que
elegir uno ahora mismo, que no fuese Ibiza, sería Filipinas. Es
un lugar maravilloso, tropical y con gente encantadora. Acabo
de abrir allí mi primer Paris Hilton Beach Club dentro de un
complejo fabuloso, así que he estado visitando el país con
frecuencia, descubriéndolo y aprendiendo sobre él, y puedo
decir que es otro paraíso.
¿Qué opina de Los Ángeles, la ciudad donde vive
Los Ángeles es una ciudad increíble. Hay tanto para hacer y un
tiempo tan agradable... Planes hay muchísimos, dependiendo
de lo que se busque, y el tiempo siempre acompaña. La playa
es fantástica, hay buenos clubs y, a diferencia de España,
cierran a las dos de la madrugada, así que puedes ir a bailar y
volver pronto a casa para aprovechar la mañana. Si hablamos
de gastronomía, en Los Ángeles encontrarás de todo: la oferta
para elegir es inmensa y excelente. Todo el mundo debería
visitar la ciudad al menos una vez. Es otro pedacito de paraíso.
Además de abrir su primer beach club, ha lanzado un nuevo
perfume y Paris Channel. ¿Qué otros proyectos tiene en marcha
Ésta ha sido mi fragancia número 16 y todo va bien. Paris
Channel lo creé para estar en contacto con mis fans y seguidores
alrededor del mundo. Aparte de éstos, tengo otros proyectos en
marcha, incluidas algunas nuevas operaciones inmobiliarias.
Estoy avanzando en la línea de mi familia, trabajando duro y
disfrutando del proceso.
We know you like dancing at places such as Is Ushuaïa.
Yes, It is a great club. I love the beach club concept of going
there and still leave in time to have a great meal and go to
another party, always have a great time at Ushuaia.
In the last couple of years you have become one of the most
sought after DJs. Tell us about how you started DJing and about
your relationship with music.
I have always loved music and I have always been friends with
great DJs all over the world and I just love what I’m doing. I’m
passionate about it and I’m just having a great time and I have
so many people supporting me, and liking my work is been really
fun and exciting, and I devote a great deal of time practicing and
getting better at it.
Another one of your hobbies is traveling. Where would be your
best recommendation, a place that has left a lasting impression
There are so many places, but I can think of one right now other
than Ibiza and that is The Philippines. It’s just so nice in there
and tropical and people are just so nice. I have opened my
first real estate property there and I’ve been going there often
and enjoying and learning about the place and it’s just another
paradise.
What more can you tell us about Los Angeles, the city in which
you live
LA is a great town. There is so much going on there all the time
weather is always nice, depending on what people like but the
weather is very fair, the beach is great, clubs in LA they are not
like is Spain, they close early at around 2am so we get to go
home early and then enjoy the day. When it comes to culinary
opportunities well you have them all, there is so much to chose
from. Everyone should come to LA if at least once is another
piece of heaven.
Besides Paris Hilton Beach Club in Philippines you’ve recently
launched a new perfume and Paris Channel. What other projects
are you currently working on
I have just launched 16 fragrances and it is doing well. The Paris
Channel is just a great way to be in touch with fans and followers
all around the world. I have a few projects in the works, including
some more real estate deals. I’m moving forward in the line of my
family and I’m having a great time working very hard and having
some fun in the process.
