Aliwalu Durian is a Health Coach & Eco Gourmet Chef of the
alkaline tradition. She is a constant creator committed to life
and the body, the temple of our experiences. She defines
herself as a bridge between the old and the contemporary,
which she transmits in her courses, retreats and consulting for
professionals regarding conscious healthy habits that improve
people’s lifestyles. She carries out art events related to food and
training in Presence, the art of being here and now with all of our
senses. She chooses Ibiza as the headquarters for her work.
