ABSTRACT
The absence of a company that is dedicated to extract derived from pineapple that is
the case of the juice of this fruit in the city of Milagro was the primary factor to take
into consideration why the idea of implementing a factory intended to perform the
activity to offset consumer demands in taste and quality, resulting in turn encourage
farmers to continue cultivating the fruit that is representative icon of the city
guaranteeing new places of employment to the community milagreña. We conducted
a thorough market research in the local scope, demonstrating through the results that
the project is acceptable, Porter's five forces and SWOT analysis in which one has
identified our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats where the application
of techniques and strategies we showed that demand for the creation of the factory
will generate excellent cash income. Obtained once all the data that are important to
the study performed the screening of both monthly and annual revenue,
subsequently became the realization of the financial statements which reflected the
cash flows and value during the accounting period to which they are subject. To meet
the projections will require the implementation of business strategies, which have
made certain to put them into practice and to achieve customer loyalty, this will
ensure business success and thus consolidate us in this market. Briefly explaining
