DENUNCIAS<br />
Según información <strong>de</strong>l área <strong>de</strong> participación ciudadana <strong>de</strong> esta entidad <strong>de</strong> <strong>con</strong>trol<br />
fiscal, se registraron dos <strong>de</strong>nuncias en <strong>con</strong>tra <strong>de</strong> la Municipio Valle <strong>de</strong>l Guamuéz;<br />
una <strong>de</strong> ellas relacionada <strong>con</strong> la inversión <strong>con</strong> los recursos <strong>de</strong> transito y la segunda<br />
hace referencia al pago <strong>de</strong> intereses por parte <strong>de</strong> la administración al Fondo<br />
Nacional <strong>de</strong>l Ahorro.<br />

En <strong>de</strong>sarrollo <strong>de</strong> la presente auditoría se establecieron 42 hallazgos<br />
administrativos, 2 <strong>con</strong> inci<strong>de</strong>ncia fiscal en cuantía <strong>de</strong> $75.782.695.53, 20 <strong>con</strong><br />
presunta <strong>con</strong>notación disciplinaria y 5 <strong>con</strong> presunta <strong>con</strong>notación penal<br />
