30 SE PRESENTAN DOS NUEVAS BARREDORAS Y SE VALORA LA ENCUESTA CIUDADANA SOBRE LA LIMPIEZA DEL MUNICIPIO La Concejalía de Servicios y Medioambiente presentó el pasado mes de febrero dos nuevas máquinas barredoras de limpieza viaria que reforzarán el servicio en todos los espacios públicos (calles, plazas, parques…). Asimismo se tuvo oportunidad de presentar los datos que ofreció la encuesta realizada en el último trimestre del pasado año sobre el nivel de satisfacción que perciben los ciudadanos sobre el estado de limpieza general del municipio. TWO NEW ROAD-SWEEPING VEHICLES AND RESULTS ON THE CITIZEN’S SURVEY REGARDING THE MUNICIPALITY’S CLEANLINESS The Council for Services and Environment presented two new road-sweeping vehicles in February that will reinforce services in all public areas (streets, squares, parks…). It was also the opportunity to present the results of the study carried out during last year’s last trimester regarding satisfaction level of citizens on the municipality’s general cleanliness state. PRÄSENTATION VON ZWEI NEUEN KEHRMASCHINEN UND AUSWERTUNG DER BEFRAGUNG DER BEVÖLKERUNG ZUM THEMA SAUBERKEIT IN DER GEMEINDE Das Amt für Umwelt präsentiere im Februar zwei neue Kehrmaschinen der Straßenreinigung, die den Einsatz in allen öffentlichen Räumen (Straßen, Plätze, Parks …) verstärken wird. Außerdem wurden bei diesem Anlass die Ergebnisse der im letzten Quartal des vergangenen Jahres durchgeführten Bürgerbefragung über deren Zufriedenheit bezüglich der Sauberkeit der Gemeinde veröffentlicht. VALORACIÓN ENCUESTA DE SATISFAC- CIÓN SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA En cuanto a la encuesta, un 86,31% aprueba el estado de limpieza del municipio y un 82,36% el de su barrio de residencia. De éstos, más de un 52% le dan incluso una consideración elevada (de 7 a 10). Un 80% de los encuestados creen que mejora la limpieza de Puerto del Rosario. Para conocer la opinión de los ciudadanos, acerca de los principales aspectos de limpieza, se llevó a cabo Año III - Nº 34 - Marzo | March | Marsch - 2009 ¿QUÉ PASA EN TU MUNICIPIO? WAS GESCHIEHT IN DEINER GEMEINDE? WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR MUNICIPALITY? una encuesta en la que se entrevistó un total de 430 personas, de las cuales 380 se realizaron en los barrios, siendo entrevistados 202 mujeres y 177 hombres. Además, se realizaron 50 encuestas a los usuarios de la Avenida Marítima para interesarse por su opinión del estado de limpieza y mejoras de tan transitado enclave. Como dato curioso, destacar que el 50% de los encuestados poseen perro y de éstos, el 78% afirma que retira sus excrementos de la vía pública. En lo que respecta a la pregunta acerca del horario en que retira la basura, un 71% afirma que la retira en horario nocturno. En cuanto a las encuestas valoradas por barrios, destacar que, el cien por cien de los habitantes de los barrios de La Charca y Las Granadas consideran el estado de limpieza de su barrio aceptable, bueno o muy bueno. Un 90% o más de los habitantes de la zona Centro, Buenavista y las 90 Viviendas hacen la misma valoración de la limpieza de su barrio. Con un 80% o superior de puntuación se encuentran los ciudadanos de los barrios de Fabelo, Majada Marcial, Los Pozos y Playa Blanca. El 60-63% de los ciudadanos de los barrios de Tamogán y El Charco respectivamente consideran aprobado el estado de limpieza de su barrio. En cuanto a los usuarios de La Avenida encuestados, el 22% acude diariamente y un 30% algunos días a la semana. El 88% considera el estado de limpieza de la avenida muy bueno, bueno o aceptable. Más de un 85% valora positivamente las mejoras realizadas, tales como arreglos de piedra, pintado de bancos, papeleras y farolas, colocación de mobiliario urbano y arreglo y mejora del alumbrado. STUDY OF THE SURVEY ON SATISFACTION REGARDING CLEANING SERVICES According to the survey, 86,31% people are satisfied with the municipality’s state of cleanliness and 82,36% are satisfied with that of their neighbourhood. Of those, over 52% give it a high mark (between 7 and 10). About 80% of people who took the survey believe that cleanliness is increasing in Puerto del Rosario. In order to find out about the opinion of citizens regarding cleaning aspects, a survey was carried out on a total of 430 people, of which 380 were carried out in the neighbourhoods, 202 were women and 177 men. Furthermore 50 surveys were carried out amongst passer-bys in Avenida Marítima in order to get their opinion on the cleanliness state and improvements in such a busy area. One strange piece of information is that 50% of people who took the survey have a dog and out of those, 78% confirmed that they remove excrements from public roads. On the question regarding times when they take refuse away, 71% confirm that they do it at night time. As for surveys studied according to their neighbourhood, it appears that 100% of habitants of neighbourhoods in La Charca and Las Granadas think that the state of cleanliness of their neighbourhood is acceptable, good or very good. Over 90% of habitants in the Centre, Buenavista and 90 Viviendas all rate their neighbourhoods positively regarding cleanliness. Neighbours from Fabelo, Majada Marcial, Los Pozos and Playa Blanca rate their neighbourhood with 80%. 60 to 63% of neighbours from Tamogán and El Charco are satisfied with the state of cleanliness of their neighbourhood. Regarding passer-bys in La Avenida, 22% go there daily and 30% a few times per week. 88% thought that the state of cleanliness of the Avenida was very good, good or acceptable. Over 85% rate positively the improvements carried out, such as repairs in stone, painting of benches, paper bins and streetlights, introduction of new urban furniture, repairs and improvements of street lighting. AUSWERTUNG DER UMFRAGE ÜBER DIE ZUFRIEDENHEIT MIT DER SAUBERKEIT Aus der Umfrage ging folgendes hervor: 86,31% sind mit der Sauberkeit der Gemeinde zufrieden und 82,36% mit der ihres Wohnviertels. Von diesen sind mehr als 52% sogar sehr zufrieden (von 7 bis 10]). 80% der Befragten meinen, dass sich die Sauberkeit Puerto del Rosario verbessert. Um die Meinung der Bürger zu den verschiedenen Aspekten der Sauberkeit kennenzulernen, wurde eine Umfrage durchgeführt, bei der insgesamt 430 Personen befragt wurden. 380 dieser Umfragen wurden in den Wohnvierteln durchgeführt, wobei 202 Frauen und 177 Männer befragt wurden. Außerdem wurden 50 Umfragen bei Nutzern der Strandpromenade durchgeführt, um deren Meinung zur Sauberkeit und der Verbesserung dieser verkehrsreichen Enklave zu erfahren. Es ist interessant, dass 50% der Befragten einen Hund besitzen und 78% behaupten, dass sie die Exkremente ihrer Hunde von den öffentlichen Straßen entfernen. Auf die Frage über die Uhrzeit, zu der sie den Müll entfernen, antworteten 71%, dass sie dies abends tun. Über die Auswertung der in den verschiedenen Wohnvierteln durchgeführten Umfragen muss hervorgehoben werden, dass hundert Prozent der Anwohner der Viertel La Charca und Las Granadas die Sauberkeit ihres Viertels akzeptabel finden. Ungefähr 90% oder mehr der Bewohner des Zentrums und der Viertel Buenavista und 90 Viviendas vertreten die gleiche Meinung zu der Sauberkeit ihres Viertels. Dieser Meinung sind auch 80 % der Bewohner der Viertel Fabelo, Majada Marcial, Los Pozosund Playa Blanca. 60 % der Bürger des Viertels Tamogán und 63 % von El Charco sind mit der Sauberkeit ihres Stadtviertels zufrieden. Was die befragten Nutzer de Strandpromenade betrifft, 22% benutzt diese täglich und 30% an einigen Tagen pro Woche. 88% findet die Sauberkeit der Promenade sehr gut, gut oder zufriedenstellend. Mehr als 85% bewerten die durchgeführten Verbesserungsarbeiten positiv, wie Reparaturen von Stein, Anstreichen von Bänken, Papierkörben und Laternen, Aufstellung von Stadtmöblierung sowie Reparatur und Verbesserung der Beleuchtung. OBRAS DE MEJORA EN EL MERCADO MUNICIPAL DE MORRO JABLE Las obras consisten principalmente en la sustitución del frontis de los distintos puestos del Mercado, para hacerlo más funcional y optimizar la ventilación de los mismos. Reacondicionar el espacio disponible Esta intervención contribuirá a reacondicionar el espacio disponible para cada uno de los puestos del Mercado, lo que optimizará a su vez el funcionamiento de los expositores refrigerados y las neveras existentes en esta instalación municipal.
FUERTEVENTURA MAGAZINE hoy hoy El Mercado Municipal de Morro Jable acoge a una docena de pequeños puntos de venta en los que se encuentran todos los productos agropecuarios producidos en el municipio, así como pescados frescos, salados y otros alimentos. RENOVATION WORK ON MORRO JABLE’S MUNICIPAL MARKET PLACE The renovation work consists mainly of removing façades of Markets spaces, making them more functional and optimising their ventilation. Refurbishing the available space This operation consists of refurbishing the available space for each Market stall, which will optimise the way refrigerated shelves and the existing refrigerators of the municipal structure are working. Morro Jable’s Municipal Market consists of a dozen small stalls where one can find agricultural products from the municipality, as well as fresh fish, salted fish and other types of food. VERBESSERUNGSARBEITEN DES ÖFFENTLICHEN MARKTES VON MORRO JABLE Die Bauarbeiten bestehen hauptsächlich darin, die Vorderseite der verschiedenen Marktplätze zu ersetzen, wodurch ihre Funktionalität und ihre Belüftung verbessert werden. Umgestaltung des verfügbaren Platzes Dieser Eingriff wird dazu beitragen, den für jeden der Verkaufsplätze des Marktes verfügbaren Raum umzugestalten, wodurch die gekühlten Vitrinen und Kühlschränke dieser öffentlichen Einrichtung besser funktionieren werden. Der öffentliche Markt von Morro Jable verfügt über ungefähr ein dutzend kleiner Verkaufsstände, an denen man alle in der Gemeinde produzierten landwirtschaftlichen Produkte sowie frischen und in Salz eingelegten Fisch und andere Lebensmittel findet. EL CARNAVAL DE PÁJARA CUENTA CON SU OPERATIVO ESPECIAL DE SEGURIDAD ¿QUÉ PASA EN TU MUNICIPIO? WAS GESCHIEHT IN DEINER GEMEINDE? WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR MUNICIPALITY? El Carnaval de Pájara 2009, que se celebra del 5 al 22 de marzo, cuenta con Operativo Especial de Seguridad, que cuenta con responsables del Ayuntamiento, la Guardia Civil, la Policía Local, los Bomberos y Protección Civil de la localidad. La actividad carnavalera comenzará en los distintos pueblos del municipio el mismo día 5 de marzo y hasta el día 12, cuando las Carnestolendas llegarán a Morro Jable, núcleo de mayor población de la localidad y que estará de fiesta hasta el mismo día 22 de marzo. El operativo cubrirá todos y cada uno de los desfiles, bailes y eventos carnavaleros, y será más amplio entre el 12 y el 22 de marzo en Morro Jable, por la gran afluencia de público y carnavaleros a los distintos actos organizados por el Ayuntamiento. La labor de la Guardia Civil del Puesto Principal de Morro Jable y de la Policía Local de Pájara será eminentemente preventiva; mientras que la desarrollada por los bomberos, Protección Civil y sanitarios, marcadamente activa. En este sentido, asegura que el fin de semana comprendido entre el 20 y el 22 de marzo será el más complicado de todos los Carnavales, por lo que hace un llamamiento a los carnavaleros para que también ayuden a garantizar el correcto desenvolvimiento de la fiesta. El Carnaval 2009 de Pájara gira en torno a la alegoría de las Tribus, motivo muy evocador y que dará pie a la confección de disfraces muy llamativos. Las carrozas que participen en los distintos cosos carnavaleros organizados en el municipio, deberán cumplir la normativa vigente, por la seguridad de todos, por lo que sus responsables serán convocados por los organizadores del Carnaval de Pájara para ayudarles a que puedan tomar parte en estos actos. PÁJARA’S CARNIVAL GETS A SPECIAL SECURITY UNIT Pájara’s 2009 Carnival, that will be celebrated between 5th and 22nd March, has been allocated a Special Security Unit that consists of operatives from the Ayuntamiento, the Guardia Civil, the Local Police, the Fire Department and the area’s Civil Protection. Carnival activities will start in the municipality’s villages on 5 th March and will end on 12 th March when the Carnival will arrive in Morro Jable, the largest town of the area, where the festivities will last until 22 nd March. The Unit will cover each and every parade, dance and Carnival event, and it will be more intense between 12 th and 22 nd March in Morro Jable because of the large affluence of public and Carnival participants expected during the events organised by the Ayuntamiento. The Guardia Civil of Morro Jable’s Main Station and Pájara’s Local Police will mainly have a preventive role; while the Fire Department, Civil Protection and Health Services will have a more active role. The weekend between 20 th and 22 nd March will be the most complicated out of all Carnivals, which is why all participants to the Carnival are required to help guarantee that festivities will happen smoothly. Pájara’s 2009 Carnival’s theme is «Tribes», a very evocative theme which should inspire some very attractive disguises. The floats participating in Carnival events organised in the municipality will have to comply with current norms for everyone’s safety. Therefore persons in charge will be summoned to meet organisers of Pájara’s Carnival in order to get advice to ensure that they can participate in the events. 31 31 DER KARNEVAL VON PÁJARA VERFÜGT ÜBER EIN BESONDERES SICHERHEITSKOMMANDO Der Karneval von Pájara 2009, der vom 5. bis zum 22. März stattfinden wird, verfügt über ein besonderes Sicherheitskommando, zu dem Verantwortliche aus der Gemeinde, der Guardia Civil, der örtlichen Polizei, der Feuerwehr und dem Zivilschutz des Ortes gehören. Der Karneval beginnt in den verschiedenen Ortschaften der Gemeinde am 5. März und dauert bis zum 12.; wenn die Karnevalsumzüge Morro Jable, den Ort mit der größten Bevölkerung der Gemeinde, erreichen werden, wo bis zum 22. März gefeiert wird. Das Sicherheitskommando wird alle Umzüge, Tanzveranstaltungen und andere zu dem Karneval gehörenden Events abdecken. Es wird vom 12. bis zum 22 März in Morro Jable Verstärkung bekommen, da zu dieser Zeit der Karneval der Gemeinde besonders gut besucht wird. Die Arbeit der Guardia Civil des Hauptpostens von Morro Jable und der örtlichen Polizei von Pájara wird der Vorbeugung dienen, während die Aktivität der Feuerwehr, des Zivilschutzes und der Sanitäter betont aktiv sein wird. In diesem Sinne wird das Wochenende vom 20. bis zum 22. März das komplizierteste des ganzen Karnevals sein, weshalb die Teilnehmer des Karnevals dazu aufgefordert werden, dazu beizutragen, den korrekten Verlauf des Festes zu gewährleisten. Der Karneval von Pájara dreht sich 2009 um die Allegorie der Stämme. Dieses Motiv beschwört viele Erinnerungen herauf und wird zu sehr interessanten Verkleidungen führen. Die Wagen, die an den verschiedenen Karnevalsumzügen der Gemeinde teilnehmen, müssen aus Sicherheitsgründen die gültigen Richtlinien erfüllen. Deshalb werden die Verantwortlichen von der Organisation des Karnevals von Pájara zusammengerufen, wodurch ihnen die Teilnahme an diesen Veranstaltungen erleichtert wird. EL AYUNTAMIENTO REGULARÁ LAS FERIAS DEL SALDO ORGANIZADAS EN MORRO JABLE El Ayuntamiento de Pájara regulará las ferias del saldo que se organicen en Morro Jable, el núcleo más poblado de la localidad Esta medida responde a la necesidad del conjunto de los empresarios de la localidad de estar presentes en estos eventos, que garantizan la posibilidad de vender a buen precio artículos de temporadas pasadas. La próxima feria del saldo de Morro Jable se realizará durante los días 25, 26 y 27 de septiembre, para que los comerciantes puedan liquidar los excedentes de la campaña de verano. Estas fechas, son muy atractivas para los empresarios ya que, tradicionalmente, el final del mes de septiembre es un periodo de amplia ocupación turística en el sur de Fuerteventura.
