Colour is claimed as a feature of the trade-mark. The mark
consists of a concentric circle design with a white circle
appearing in the centre, the centre circle is surrounded by a red
circle and then a thin white circle, a thin red circle forms the
outside of the concentric circle design, the background of the
mark appears in orange. A light orange sunburst surrounds the
thin red circle. Appearing in the top half of the red circle are the
words 'ARM & HAMMER' and appearing in the bottom half of the
red circle are the words 'THE STANDARD OF PURITY' and the
letters comprising these words are the colour white. Appearing
inside the circle is the image of an arm and hammer in the colour
white and in various shadings of the colour blue. The arm
appearing in the centre of the circle is shaded in the colour light
pink.
