piece (4), the ring bolt spring and the damping element<br />
must be replaced before further use of the VSG-9LC.<br />
After cleaning, remove cleaning residues from cleaning tools,<br />
work clothing, and the working area and thoroughly wash all<br />
body parts which have come into contact with the cleaning<br />
residues through suction.<br />
Product liability/Guarantee<br />
For <strong>DICK</strong> cattle stunning device a guarantee of 12 months<br />
as from date of delivery is given to owners (proof through<br />
invoice). <strong>Friedr</strong>. Dick GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for<br />
defects or damages caused by improper use. Furthermore<br />
it is not liable for defects or damages caused by use other<br />
than described in the operating instructions or without<br />
written approval by <strong>Friedr</strong>. Dick GmbH & Co. KG,<br />
alterations or repair. Lastly it is not liable for defects or<br />
damages caused by use of non-original spare parts, parts<br />
subject to wear and accessories as well as overcharge,<br />
improper treatment and normal wear and tear. Damping<br />
element and spring of stunning bolt (parts subject to wear)<br />
are excluded from the guarantee. Keep invoice to ensure<br />
guarantee. In case of complaint, send original invoice<br />
together with description of complaint to manufacturer. To<br />
avoid damage during transport, please keep transport<br />
packaging provided by manufacturer and use when returning<br />
device. The guarantee is related exclusively to repair of<br />
faulty material and production. Faulty parts will be repaired<br />
accordingly or exchanged by new ones free of charge.<br />
Further claims emerge only in the sense of the law of denied,<br />
failed or unreasonable posterior fullment in accordance<br />
with the manufacturer’s terms of sale, delivery and payment.<br />
