beaucoup de qualités. Thierry, une de ces personnes<br />
qui garantit l’ambiance de votre soirée raconte son<br />
passionnant job.<br />
Thierry a suivi une formation de barman avant de faire une<br />
spécialisation pour ce métier. Il a fait le bonheur de ses clients<br />
dans des bars de la capitale avant de s’envoler pour Abidjan<br />
en Côte d’Ivoire, pour vivre sa passion. « J’ai surtout aimé<br />
travailler dans un bar » dit-il. Ce barman jouit d’une très bonne<br />
réputation.<br />
Notre artiste raconte alors qu’un barman, c’est quelqu’un<br />
qui a de l’imagination, et qui utilise tout ce qui est boisson<br />
pour en faire un cocktail, alcoolisé ou pas. Et il peut se lâcher<br />
sur la décoration. Il doit être capable de répondre à toutes les<br />
attentes des clients. » A Madagascar, on peut faire de bons<br />
cocktails avec du rhum et du sirop, et puis, il y a beaucoup de<br />
fruits frais, c’est très bon » se réjouit-il.<br />

Do you know that being a bartender is a job that<br />
requires a lot of qualities. Thierry, one of those<br />
people who guarantees the atmosphere of your<br />
evening tells his exciting job.<br />
Thierry, the barman, is very well-known. He followed<br />
bartending training before particularly specializing in this<br />
profession. He made the happiness of his clients in bars<br />
in the capital of Madagascar before moving to Abidjan in<br />
Ivory Coast, in order to live out his passion. “I really enjoyed<br />
working in bars,” he said.<br />
Our bartending artist then tells us that a bartender is<br />
someone with plenty of imagination and uses all kinds<br />
of drinks to make alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails.<br />
Additionally, he can have all the fun he wants with the<br />
decoration. He must be able to meet all his customers’<br />
expectations. “In Madagascar, we can make good cocktails<br />
with rum and syrup, and also with a wide variety of fresh<br />
fruit, it’s very tasty,” he said.<br />
