dossier ouTiL gAM-pME : un guide pratique des précautions d’intercâblage des dispositifs de mesure Financé par la dGE, un outil interactif d’aide à la décision en matière de câblage des appareils de mesure en environnement industriel est disponible. destiné aux PME- PMi non spécialistes en cEM, gratuit et accessible depuis le site de l’ASTE, il chiffre en temps réel l’influence des parasites sur les mesures et propose si nécessaire des solutions simples pour les réduire, en s’appuyant sur un guide de bonnes pratiques téléchargeable. Avec l’aide de cap’Tronic, il a été présenté à plus de 100 PME dans toute la France. La compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM) caractérise l’aptitude d’un appareil à fonctionner dans en milieu industriel. Sa maîtrise passe par une remise en cause de nombreuses idées reçues. Il existe en e° et des risques de mauvais fonctionnement des dispositifs de mesures dus aux environnements sévères souvent rencontrés qui viennent fausser les résultats ou aussi conduire, dans certains cas, à des résultats inexploitables. D’une part, bien que les mesures soient largement pratiquées actuellement dans l’industrie avec des équipements disponibles sur le marché ÿables et possédant de très bonnes performances, l’expérience prouve que leur mise en œuvre dans un environnement industriel peut parfois être à l’origine d’anomalies de fonctionnement dont les utilisateurs n’ont pas conscience. D’autre part, les perturbations ne peuvent apparaître qu’au moment des acquisitions, c’est- à- dire une fois que les matériels ont été choisis, installés et mis en service. Il est alors très di˛ cile de revenir en arrière. Aÿn d’aider les PME non spécialistes du domaine, la Direction générale des entreprises (DGE) du ministère de l’Économie, de l’industrie et du numérique a demandé à l’Association pour le développement des sciences et techniques de l’environnement (ASTE) de réaliser un outil interactif d’aide à la décision en matière de câblage des appareils de mesure en environnement industriel accessible sur Internet à l’aide d’un navigateur Web et facile d’utilisation. Cet outil devait également être mis gratuitement à la disposition des PME pour les aider à faire des mesures de qualité sans investissement complémentaire en matériel. De plus, il devait s’appuyer sur une enquête menée auprès de plus d’une centaine de PME- PMI dans toute la France ; cette enquête a permis de prendre en compte les perturbations électromagnétiques souvent rencontrées en environnement industriel, de déÿnir les conÿgurations génériques de mesures couvrant plus de 90 % des types de mesure faites, et de quantiÿer visuellement l’in˙ uence des parasites sur les mesures puis proposer si nécessaire des solutions simples pour les réduire. Enÿn, cet outil devait être associé à un guide des bonnes pratiques adapté aux câblages des lignes de mesure. LES AcTEUrS dU prOjET Le projet GAM- PME est porté par l’ASTE, associé à dix partenaires : trois consultants (RBC, Metexo et HGC), trois sociétés en contact avec de nombreuses PME travaillant dans le domaine du câblage (Critt Mécanique et composites, Algotech et Prescamex, trois laboratoires d’essais apportant leurs compétences dans le domaine de la mesure (Sopemea, Intespace, Emitech) et un concepteur d’outils informatiques sur le Web : Pear’s & Bragston. Le projet s’appuie sur un comité de pilotage présidé par la DGE et constitué de représentants des Direccte, du LNE et du pole Astech. LES OUTILS ExISTANTS Accessibles depuis le site de l’ASTE (et à www.GAM- PE.com), ces outils ont pour but d’aider les PME- PMI non expertes en CEM, qui conçoivent ou installent des équipements de mesure en environnement industriel, à prendre en compte les perturbations électromagnétiques aÿn de choisir les meilleures options de câblage.
