Bahwa pada Tender MKCS ditetapkan persyaratan kriteriapeserta sebagai berikut: ---------------------------------------------- The bidder(s) must be submarine cable owner or submarine lineterminal equipment owner or submarine cable system constructor,which are already pass the Palapa Ring prequalification biddingprocess (butir 2.1 RFP)- In Case the bidder(s) do not have its own complete systemsolution and comply the technical requirement stated in Section III,the bidder shall provide the sub-system solution with the followingcriteria: The un-repeater submarine cable shall pass the technicalrequirement at Palapa Ring prequalification bidding processwhich are Alcatel, Nexan, NSW, OCC, and Tyco Cable; The WDM terrestrial equipment shall have OTN and ROADMcapability; The SLTE shall have proven in 390 km distance of un-repeatersubmarine system(butir 2.2 RFP)- The bidder shall have experience as the un-repeater submarinetransmission system provider as a main contractor and orsubcontractor at least at 2 (two) telecommunication companies/operators out of origin country (2.3 RFP)- If the bidder can not intend to act as a sole supplier referringclause 2.2, the bidder shall establish a consortium or choose subcontractor(s),subject to the following requirement: The consortium leader or main contractor shall be submarinecable owner or submarine line terminal equipment owner orsubmarine cable system constructor; The consortium leader or main contractor acts as a projectleader which is responsible of whole project during procurement,construction and warranty support as mentioned in Section IVarticle 29; The member of consortium for WDM terrestrial shall haverepresentative office in Indonesia; Establish a consortium agreement legalized by Notarizes deedunder the law of Indonesia or submits supporting letter forsubmits letter from sub-contractors; The role and responsibility of each member consortium or subcontractorshall be duly establish and set forth clearly in thebidder agreement including inter alia each consortium memberor sub-contract’s responsibility and liability in.(butir 2.6 RFP)c.
