delle competenze di Sama, Riedhammer, Laeis
e Sacmi Imola offrendo alla clientela soluzioni nate
dall’esperienza di queste aziende nella formatura
per colaggio, estrusione e pressatura, nella sinterizzazione
e nella ricerca ceramica avanzata.
Per la promozione di questa nuova area di business
è stato creato un nuovo brand che esprime la sinergia
di competenze tra le varie aziende del Gruppo Sacmi
coinvolte nel tema: Team (Technology and Experience
for Advanced Materials).
Tornando alla seconda importante fiera del 2006,
il Tecnargilla, possiamo affermare che Sacmi Whiteware
si è contraddistinta per le innumerevoli novità.
La più rilevante è stata la macchina per la formatura
in alta pressione dei vasi monoblocco (one-piece)
denominata AOM, frutto della pluriennale esperienza
di Sacmi nell’ambito del colaggio con stampi in resina:dai
pezzi più semplici fino a quelli ritenuti da tutti impossibili
quali i vasi one-piece (per gli ingombri rilevanti
e le geometrie complicate).

Developments in the tableware sector include the launch
of two important research projects: one dedicated
to digital decoration - both wet and dry - and the other
to the redesign of the PHO600 horizontal plate press so as
to renew its structurally and boost performance.
The fastest-expanding sales markets are Iran
(a long-standing purchaser of large scale turnkey plants),
Russia and the rest of Eastern Europe.
Sama also produces plants for the forming and glazing
of insulators and technical ceramic forming systems
that employ extrusion or tape-casting techniques.
In order to develop a new business area for
the manufacture of technical ceramic production plants
greater integration of Sama, Riedhammer, Laeis
and Sacmi Imola has been implemented, the aim being
to offer customers solutions that draw on the extensive
experience of these companies in casting, extrusion
and pressing, sintering and advanced ceramic research.
To promote this new business area a new brand
symbolizing the synergy and skills of the various
Sacmi Group companies was created: Team (Technology
and Experience for Advanced Materials).
