EFFETTOTRE OTTOBRE 2011 N.RO 49 impeccabile che, dopo essere stato vittima dell'ennesimo episodio di violenza da parte di alcuni ufficiali della struttura, avrebbe denunciato alla Procura della Repubblica di Roma le gravi violenze fornendo registrazioni video e audio e fotografie a supporto di quanto sostenuto; una decina di ufficiali avrebbero imposto con botte, sevizie e minacce di morte un regime parallelo, alternativo a quello ufficiale, <strong>com</strong>unque tollerato all'interno della struttura dove regnerebbe il terrore; nella sua denuncia l'agente avrebbe parlato di "aggressioni e torture" e, tra le varie forme di violenza che il gruppo usava per punire i "non allineati", avrebbe fatto riferimento ad un morso, cosiddetto "l'anestesia", ossia una sorta di rito di iniziazione per poter far parte del gruppo e sottrarsi ai pestaggi, alle umiliazioni e all'emarginazione; sulla vicenda è in corso un'indagine da parte della Procura della Repubblica di Roma che, dopo una prima fase di studio, ha delegato la Digos ad avviare i primi accertamenti su quanto denunciato, si chiede di sapere: se il Ministro in indirizzo sia a conoscenza dei gravi fatti riportati in premessa e se non ritenga necessario fornire con la massima urgenza ogni chiarimento in ordine ad essi; quali siano i motivi per cui il Comando dei NOCS a tutt'oggi non è intervenuto sulla vicenda se è vero che sarebbe stato informato dei fatti sin dal 2007; quali urgenti provvedimenti intenda adottare per verificare la veridicità di quanto denunciato alla stampa e quali provvedimenti intenda adottare nei confronti di coloro che si sono resi responsabili di tali gravi fatti anche in considerazione dell'eccellenza del corpo dei NOCS e del delicato e prestigioso ruolo delle Forze di polizia nel Paese.
