Porfiria acuta intermittente e lupus eritematoso sistemico
guamenti posologici del prednisone, e rapidamente
sono state dominate. In queste occasioni
non si è verificata alcuna manifestazione clinica
della PAI, nonostante un modesto aumento del
porfobilinogeno urinario; non vi è stata invece
alcuna modificazione degli elettroliti plasmatici.
Episodi febbrili di tipo influenzale, cistiti intercorrenti
e una trombosi venosa profonda della
gamba sinistra non hanno suscitato la comparsa
di manifestazioni porfiriche.
