Nota Le seguenti informazioni sono destinate ad amministratori server.<br />
La Pagina iniziale dell’Admin Console <strong>di</strong>ce <strong>di</strong> installare Java, anche se il<br />
software è già installato<br />
Internet Explorer può essere configurato per impe<strong>di</strong>re l’esecuzione <strong>di</strong> componenti aggiuntivi. Fare clic<br />
sulla barra delle informazioni nella parte superiore della finestra del browser e consentire a Internet<br />
Explorer <strong>di</strong> eseguire il componente aggiuntivo ActiveX Control <strong>di</strong> Java Web Start. <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong><br />
utilizza questo componente aggiuntivo per determinare se la versione <strong>di</strong> Java richiesta è installata.<br />
Dopo aver consentito l’esecuzione <strong>di</strong> questo componente, fare clic su Avvio Admin Console.<br />
Il nome <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong> non viene visualizzato nella finestra <strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong>alogo Apri<br />
file remoto <strong>di</strong> <strong>FileMaker</strong> Pro<br />
• Windows: Assicurarsi che il servizio <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong> sia avviato nel nodo Servizi<br />
(computer locale).<br />
• Potrebbe essere necessario specificare l’in<strong>di</strong>rizzo IP dell’host del computer su cui viene<br />
eseguito <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong>. Nella finestra <strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong>alogo Apri file remoto, <strong>di</strong>gitare:<br />
fmnet:/[in<strong>di</strong>rizzo IP].<br />
I client non riescono a vedere i database ospitati da <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong><br />
Le impostazioni del firewall sulla macchina <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong> possono bloccare la visualizzazione<br />
dei database ai client. Per ulteriori informazioni sulle porte da sbloccare nei firewall vedere Porte<br />
utilizzate da <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong>.<br />
I client ricevono il messaggio "La comunicazione con l’host è stata interrotta<br />
e non può essere ristabilita" sul computer client<br />
<strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong> ha scollegato un client da un database perché questo non ha sod<strong>di</strong>sfatto la<br />
richiesta <strong>di</strong> <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong> <strong>di</strong> chiudere il database. La comunicazione tra host e client può essere<br />
stata interrotta a causa <strong>di</strong> un guasto hardware (per<strong>di</strong>ta della connessione alla rete) o del<br />
superamento del tempo <strong>di</strong> connessione software (nessuna risposta dal client per un determinato<br />
periodo <strong>di</strong> tempo). Quest’ultimo potrebbe essere provocato da uno screen saver o da un’operazione<br />
che richiede un uso intensivo del processore.<br />
I client ricevono il messaggio "nome server non è più <strong>di</strong>sponibile o è stata<br />
superata la capacità dell’host" sul computer client<br />
<strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong> si è arrestato oppure ha raggiunto il numero massimo <strong>di</strong> connessioni o client<br />
consentiti su <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong>. Verificare che <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong> sia in esecuzione o aumentare<br />
il numero <strong>di</strong> client consentiti in <strong>Server</strong> database > scheda Client <strong>FileMaker</strong>.<br />
I client ricevono il messaggio "Capacità dell’host superata" sul computer client<br />
È stato raggiunto il numero massimo <strong>di</strong> connessioni o client consentiti su <strong>FileMaker</strong> <strong>Server</strong>.<br />
Aumentare il numero <strong>di</strong> client consentiti in <strong>Server</strong> database > scheda Client <strong>FileMaker</strong>.<br />
